“Awesome experience. I had the vegetarian thali which consisted of malai kofta, chhole, daal makhani, rice, naan, salad. It was delicious. My hubby and girls had butter chicken thali. The flavours were incredible and cooked to perfection! The service was amazing. Warm, friendly and kind staff. Loved the ambiance😍“

“Delicious gluten free Tikka Masala and rice. Sooo happy we found this place. Waitstaff was very knowledgeable and it was the best Tikka we have had. Highly recommend. Whether celiac or not. Beautiful setting, helpful waitstaff, great food. Thank you. We will be back!“

“Very good Indian restaurant. You can even ask them to make their food authentically spicy and its absolutely delicious! This place definitely does not disappoint if you request the dish to be spicy. Highly recommend the Punjab specialty the Lamb Bhuna. The staff is also very friendly and its a bring your own wine.“

“I cannot say enough about this place. I have celebrated EVERY major milestone, minor milestone and minor inconvenience in my life (since moving to Montreal 4 years ago) with the thali combo and samosa from Bombay Express on St Lau. I do not know any place that offers such incredible value for money, while producing such delicious food. I have tried every single Indian food place in the Plateau and have not found one I like more. I have recommended it to ALL of my friends and they are regular customers now as well. I ate there yesterday and they will see me again next week. Also, it is always clean and the service is fabulous and fast. THANK YOU BOMBAY EXPRESS!“

“I had a wonderful experience at Rendez-vous Bistro. I ordered Dal Makhni with Butter Naan and Tandoori Roti, and everything was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent special thanks to Mr. Shaurya for his warm hospitality. He even offered complimentary sweets, which was a lovely gesture. Truly appreciated the great food and friendly service. Highly recommended.“

“tres bon resto, mais n y allez pas seul. si le resto est un peu plein, mais avec des tables libres, on vous dit que toutes les tables sont réservées. j appelle 5 minutes plus tard pour réserver une table pour 20 minutes plus tard. pas de pb une table est libre. l excuse : une table vient de se libérer, les clients partent. on aurait pu me le dire et je serais revenue plus tard. c est dommage. je n y mettrai plus les pieds.“

“Great customer service, waitress was very attentive and nice! Food was excellent, juicy, tender and very flavorful! It felt also very fresh! Will definitely return to try more! We took one appetizer and 3 plates and went home with enough for 2 more meals!“

“Very good restaurant! The food was flavourful and well-made and fair value, I had the Dal Mahkni. They forgot my drink, but not a big deal. The music seemed to be inconsistent and not really suitable for enjoying a meal. Overall would recommend though.“

“Mets délicieux et bon service courtois. Le niveau d’épicé toujours à votre goût. Je vous recommande l’entrée de champignons frits qui est épicé et piquant (un sweet & sour piquant). J’en suis accro. J’ai aussi beaucoup aimé leur thali à l’agneau. Il fault venir essayer ça! Juste en face du métro Papineau.“
