“Butter chicken, lamb curry, naan, Byriani and cauliflowers are absolutely delicious!In addition, for 4 curry and two NAANs it is less than $ 100 (the prices are very resonable). [Original] Le poulet au beurre, le curry d'agneau, les naan, le byriani ainsi que les chou-fleurs sont absolument délicieux ! De plus, pour 4 curry et deux naan c'est moins que 100$ (les prix sont TRÈS résonnable).“

“We decided to come here as a family for Valentine's Day. Our first time trying this restaurant. Everyone really enjoyed the food, even my kids, who have become picky eaters and aren't used to Indian food. Our son (7yo) enjoyed the chicken fried rice. We ordered the tandoori salmon for our daughter (11yo), which she really enjoyed. She said the sauce (raita) was so good she wanted to drink it! My partner and I also ordered chicken vindaloo, chili lamb, and chicken 65. Everything was flavourful, and not too spicy. The butter naan was fluffy and disappeared almost immediately 😂 I was also amazed by the affordable prices. We will definitely be ordering again!“

“I cannot say enough about this place. I have celebrated EVERY major milestone, minor milestone and minor inconvenience in my life (since moving to Montreal 4 years ago) with the thali combo and samosa from Bombay Express on St Lau. I do not know any place that offers such incredible value for money, while producing such delicious food. I have tried every single Indian food place in the Plateau and have not found one I like more. I have recommended it to ALL of my friends and they are regular customers now as well. I ate there yesterday and they will see me again next week. Also, it is always clean and the service is fabulous and fast. THANK YOU BOMBAY EXPRESS!“

“Thrilled to have found this restaurant, for a special birthday celebration! Absolutely delicious food, and then like in India, meetha paans to end the meal 😁… The entrées were outstanding and beautifully presented - Paapdi Chaat, Dahi ke Kabab, and Basil Pesto Chicken Tikkas! Our mains were equally delicious Mutton Rarha, Paneer Methi Chaman along with Rice, Tandoori Naan, and Lachchha paratha. I see many future visits here 😋“

“tres bon resto, mais n y allez pas seul. si le resto est un peu plein, mais avec des tables libres, on vous dit que toutes les tables sont réservées. j appelle 5 minutes plus tard pour réserver une table pour 20 minutes plus tard. pas de pb une table est libre. l excuse : une table vient de se libérer, les clients partent. on aurait pu me le dire et je serais revenue plus tard. c est dommage. je n y mettrai plus les pieds.“

“The ambiance and food were great. However, being in the hotel industry and knowing how important and yet rare to get a great service, I was truly impressed with the service that I got at 409. It was wonderful. From the moment we arrived and were asked to take our jackets to the moment we left, everyone and I mean EVERYONE was so pleasant and attentive. We felt taken care of and had a wonderful meal. I regret not taking their names (honestly I was shy to ask), but I definitely thanked them for a wonderful job and I'm happy to leave a review because they deserve it. Thank you!“
