“La Diperie in Pointe-Claire is the favourite ice cream spot for my wife and I. We love the choices of dips and coatings and the ice cream is of an excellent quality. BUT I did not give full stars for service because for some reason the opening hours are often not respected. On multiple occasions when the shop is posted as being open we are majorly disappointed when we arrive and the doors are locked. The latest time was this past Saturday in mid afternoon, probably the last beautiful summery weather day on a weekend for 2024...and it was closed up tight! So we went down the street and made do with another ice cream shop. The word of advice if you don't want to be disappointed is to call ahead, don't believe what you see posted on Google for the 'open' status, it's often not correct.
UPDATE: The response from the La Diperie Team was also disappointing, they completely ignored the complaint about not respecting their opening hours. Am I to presume no effort will be made to correct this pattern?“

“Best Mr Puffs in MTL, in Lasalle. I've been to a bunch and I'm the Mr Puffs guy in my family lol. The guy on the weekend makes them the best, crispy even when creamed up and all. He's there during the week too but not sure if everyday (tall guy). Very flexible with the flavors.“

“Nous aimons beaucoup ce Dairy Queen, nous allons toujours y chercher nos gâteaux de crème glacée, il y a toujours beaucoup de choix, nous pouvons également y faire inscrire un message. Ils ont un service au volant et il est indiqué qu'à présent, il sera ouvert à l'année donc nous pourrons aller chercher nos gâteaux même durant le Temps des Fêtes!! :)“
“I do not very often have the time to do reviews (which I probably should) but when I get the best service all around, I make the time. I have been buying a DQ cake at this location for a few years. I would prefer to drive all the way there from Châteauguay because not only are they such wonderful owners and staff, they are super clean, organized and always have what I need. Truly 5 plus ⭐️ Thank you for excellent service!!“

“Wanted to try everything here! The sweets here are delicious, and service is bilingual and friendly.
We all had soft ice cream dipped in different toppings:
- dark chocolate and brownie
- cotton candy
- salted caramel
All were sooooo damned good!
Our lattes were alright, but not amazing (it's an ice cream/dessert shop, so that's what I'm evaluating them for, after all).
Enjoyed our visit, will be back.

“Went to Mr. Puffs (Dougall Ave., Windsor) for the first time tonight after dinner after hearing so many great reviews.They were all correct! What a gem this place is! The desserts are incredible! Special shout out to Riley who went through everything a first timer needs to know with such patience and care. Her recommendations were excellent! I even got a free 6 pack as today is my birthday! Ended up taking 66 puffs home and have zero regrets lol Customer for life! Thank you, Riley!“
“Very good, fresh and plentiful bubble tea. The bottles are reusable and recyclable. As for those for children, they are in the shape of a little bear for their greatest pleasure. The mange smoothie was also very good. Very good service. To test! Not excessive: $23 for 3 people.“
