“Great coffee, reasonably priced, very clean, and especially incredibly friendly atmosphere. I showed up as they were closing and everyone was put away but the clerk offered to get a muffin in the back for me and made me feel welcome to stay to have my snack despite probably just wanting to finish their close. I felt welcome and will most certainly be back! Oh and yes, the muffin was delicious and moist :)“

“The menu has changed in the last few months compared to what previous reviews show. They have poke bowls and some sushi rolls, but not any ramen or udon noodles. The poke bowls were good and the California roll we ordered was freshly made and delicious. We just imagined having more nigiri/sashime options than we actually had. It seems to have switched ownership in the last few months. Very clean place overall.“

“Okay, so we came here the same day after experiencing the magnificence of Casse-Croûte MangeDansMonHood, because we found out that this place was the sister restaurant and it was that damn good. Best choice ever. Asian fusion at its finest. Immaculate vibes, just like their other restaurant —full of hip hop, anime, and Asian pop culture.

The lemonade smacked so hard we had to get another one to go. Their Tonki Burger, was an innovatively delicious take on a crispy chicken sandwich, which also hella smacked —pickled veggies and toppings on lock. The pho was just chef's kiss all around. They had in house hot sauce that was a tasteful step up from chili garlic and went so so well with the dish —and they had a petit pho option, which is super cool for people like my partner who eat smaller portions. The creme brulee dessert was also top tier —perfect crust on top, leading to a pudding of sheer decadence. It tasted to me like there were hints of matcha —but either way, an amazing rendition.

The service and our waitress were super chill, welcoming, and just so sweet. We can't wait to come back and try everything else on the menu. A shiny gem —pho real.“

“INTRO
Exceptional restaurant to go on a date. The menu is short which is useful for indecisive people like us.

ENTRANCE
We ordered the temakis as a starter. These were good, but no more. They included sauce, but I would add slightly more. The mackerel was not really tasted among the temakis.

MAIN COURSE
Then, we tasted the asparagus dish. The latter was excellent but I will replace the green asparagus with white asparagus. The sauce served in the dish was very subtle. I would have put a little more cheese on top too.
Afterwards, we ate the razor clam dish. It was a favorite! The mix of tastes was perfectly balanced. This is THE dish to choose.
Additionally, we ordered the veal rice dish. This one was, for me, representative of a plate that makes me feel at home. It’s a feeling of comfort and sweetness that emerges. This is the type of dish I would order twice. I don’t have any change comments about this dish.
Finally, we devoured the pork chop dish. The presentation was A5, but the taste a little disappointing. We were expecting a piece of pork marinated in a certain flavor or that was fattier and juicier. The pork was just pork. The sauce and condiments surrounding it made the taste experience a little better, but didn't reach the level of enjoyment of the other dishes.

SERVICE
The service was very good. The waitresses described the dishes very well. On the other hand, when water is served, I recommend that the waiters take the glasses and serve them on the side to avoid putting their arm in front of the customer and interrupting the conversation due to discomfort.
The wait to be able to pay was a little long (I'm not angry, but working in restaurants I know that there are certain customers who can be impatient and it is important to keep the same rhythm and the same level of service from start to finish of the experience It was not a full house and the team on the floor was quite large this evening so there is no reason to drag out dough).

“The best Asian restaurant (sushi, poke bowl, soup, etc.) I've tried in Canada. The prices are very reasonable. I ordered a combo for 19.99 which came with soup, 2 spring rolls and a SUPER LARGE poke bowl. The chicken was juicy and the rice delicious overall, a super good combo. Afterwards I ordered a combo of 36 sushi which are super, super good, the best I've ever tried, I even had to order more because they were so good. . 100% sure I will come back. :D“
