3 Brasseurs - Brasserie Louvain offers a bar central feature with house beer selections and a large container of craft beer on spouts that can be ordered for the table. The service and food were exceptional and the restaurant is worth visiting again. A male waiter working outside graciously accommodated a late arrival and the waitress was kind allowing order from the full menu without urgency. Guests enjoyed a pint of amber on tap that was very good and a generous serving of poutine that was more than could eat. Others in the party had a burger, pulled pork, French dip, flammekuche, nachos and chicken bbq flammekuche with mini‑order size and found the portions generous and quite good. The burger flight and mini burgers were mini size and three of them together. The poutine with pulled pork and gravy was a bit salty but still good. Service was fast, friendly and the bill reasonable. The place was filled with customers on a rainy Saturday afternoon and also attracted happy people enjoying good beer, good food and friends. Overall Spectacular service from the server made the visit a fun stop worth a five‑star rating.
