Everything is perfect except for the woman at the cash. She has such a bad attitude. Even when I try to be as clear and precise in my command she sighs at me and always yell when calling names even when we're literally staring at her. I try to avoid going there when i see her working.
We came here specifically to try poutine, and it was pretty good. This is my first time trying it so I have nothing to compare it to though. The rest of the food (burgers, fries, root beer) was OK. The gent who took our order was very friendly, but another staff member we interacted with wouldn’t even speak to us. The upstairs dining room was nice, with windows facing the road. Not much of a view but it was nice to look at the city while we ate. Wouldn’t likely come here again.

I honestly think this is my first review ever I rarely take the time to make a review but considering I go to this A&W often it would be nice to see things change for the better. The service is really disappointing just really poor attitudes towards customers and the staff is relatively rude. Within the last 2 weeks there’s only been 1 time where I’ve actually fully received my order and it wasn’t due to a rush I don’t know what the excuse would be but it’s pretty frustrating...read full review
