This place is great for a sandwich to go. Lots of variety! The place can be closed for long periods depending on the season (like around christmas) since the owner is pretty much there all the time otherwise.

TRUST ME if you're looking for a good, decadent sandwich or hot dog, this is the Absolute Place. Just the one guy who works there, and he knows his business. Not much in the way of seating, just stools and a wraparound bar. Medium sized menu. The chuck in the sloppy joe-type sandwiches is very, very good, I recommend the Pickle et Chou.
