Great Pizza and very friendly staff
I went to try out Brigade for lunch and had their new bowls and panuozzo, and it did not disappoint! The flavours were delicious, offer generous portions and such a flavourful pizza crust. They had such a helpful and friendly staff/atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

While the crust may not be as fluffy as expected and the toppings a bit conservative, the outstanding quality of the cuisine and the friendly, attentive staff make it a popular choice for pizza lovers. The staff is very kind, with one standout employee receiving high praise for his service. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, allowing guests to watch pizzas being prepared right in front of them.
The fries are good, though ketchup isn’t available—BBQ sauce is offered instead. Portions are generous, with three pizzas easily filling two adults and two teenagers. Prices are reasonable, except maybe for cocktails like the small gin lemonade. The Caesar salad and hot olives in spicy oil make great starters. Despite occasional small mistakes, the staff’s kindness and the delicious food keep customers coming back. The place is fantastic for great, not greasy pizza.
