The food was so amazing, it was hard not to give 5 stars! However, we ordered through their website site and the amount charged to my card was higher than the receipt on their website. When we called to get help, they basically said it wasn’t their problem and we need to take it up with the third party they use for online orders. Wow the food here is great.
I've been there 3 times so far. I ordered online and asked for extra sauce and piklies.... did not get. But was charged. But the food is good and that's what counts.
Based on the reviews, Faybee's Restaurant offers Caribbean cuisine with many Jamaican dishes. The food is described as amazing, incredible, super tasty, and good. The jerk chicken is some of the best outside of Jamaica, grilled over charcoal, well seasoned but not too spicy, with the sauce served separately. The oxtail with rice and peas is also mentioned. Portions are generous and prices are affordable. The restaurant is more of a snack bar in size with a few tables and bar stools, decorated like a diner in Jamaica. There is a lot of take away, and the staff is super friendly and hospitable. However, there are issues with online ordering. Customers were charged a higher amount than the receipt or charged for extra sauce and piklies that were not received. When calling for help, the restaurant said it was not their problem and to take it up with the third party. The advice is to order in person.
