“It was our first time having Filipino food and what an amazing experience! We had the #7 & #8 and while both delicious, #7 was a flavour I’ve never had before and absolutely loved it. The egg yolk mixed with the sauce was 10/10!And the service was even better than the food, which is saying a lot! The cashier helped us by explaining everything on the menu and was so friendly! Will definitely be back again :)“
“I had a great experience at this restaurant. It offers a great menu that tastes good. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I must add that their food portions are excellent. On the writting of this review, their food quality is perfect. So far, I recommend this place 100%.“
“Their fried chicken and the Dado spicy chicken are both excellent. Very juicy inside and crispy on the outside. The skin on Lechon Kawali pork belly was a little tough to eat, but I think that was due to it being deliverd at quite a distance. I am sure it’s delicious if you eat it right away. Garlic rice is also very good, as was the Ensaladang Talong. Overall vey pleased with this restaurant“
“It’s my 2nd time to eat here. The first time, I ordered the Goto heaven & a takeout of the Crispy Sisig. The 2nd time, I ordered the Goto hell & a take out of the Maskara or the Crispy pork head. This restaurant offers authentic Filipino dishes but with a twist. I find their food to be good, very filling & not boring at all. In my personal opinion, the reason why we are all dining/eating outside is because we want to eat & try food that we don’t cook at home.We want to see & experience culinary dishes out of the ordinary, otherwise dining will be a dull & boring moment for everyone. I find this restaurant very inventive, giving a fun flare & twist to Filipino cuisine. The place is averagely presentable given that it’s located in Van Horne or Cote des Neiges area. It’s better than most Filipino restaurants in the area that looked like warehouses instead of restaurants (which means that those stacked up pile of food & beverage boxes are a soar in the diner’s eyes).“
“The veggie rolls were divine!! I could eat 10 in 1 seating lol. Spaghetti was good. It reminded me of the carinderia Filipino spaghetti back home. The fried chicken were huge and crunchy even after delivery, but a little too salty I could’t finish one. It could be just the batch that I bought bc I had it at a Filipino party before and I don’t remember it being salty.“
“Clean placeThe bbq is really good and it is reasonably price for the portion that you get!Their lumpia shanghai are officially my favorite!Their vegetable rolls are really good too! Love the ingredients in itSiomais are tasty as well, best siomais ive had in a while (made in house like their lumpias)Great service tooFried rice is just okay. Good taste but rice was kinda mushy for my taste.Keep it up!“
“This place is tiny, humble and seats max 20 people. They have 4 tables of 4 and 4 counter seats. You know it's legit when it's pretty much Filipinos coming to eat or do take out here. During the weekday lunch, the place was full and had a steady stream of takeout patrons. We got there early so we managed to snag a table. The kitchen staff double as wait staff so if you don't see anyone greeting you at the door, they're in the kitchen. Don't be shy to ring the bell to signal your presence! We asked the guy who took our order to recommend Filipino faves so he suggested the fried spring rolls called Lumpia Shanghai as an appetizer. Also popular was option H, rice and pork skewer and chicken BBQ and the Bulalo soup. We decided to order the three items to share and it was a perfect portion for lunch. We devoured the 8 spring rolls and asked for more dipping sauce cause it was so good! They are a bit oily but that's to be expected. Great flavor and filling inside. We absolutely loved how flavorful and wonderfully caramelized the pork skewer and chicken leg were. It came with a good portion of rice. You really need to try this plate! We loved the soup and how naturally beefy it tasted and had a good amount of veggies in it. We weren't keen on the two small pieces of corn on cob rounds as they were a bit mushy but otherwise delicious brothy soup. There were also big chunks of beef simmered till tender. I'd love to come back or do takeout next time!“
“Great baked bread, Super brain freeze Bubble tea. The first for a frozen bubble tea and wont be the last. Yumm. Definitely a good stop if you come by here or even if you stop Montréal. Honeydew frozen bubble tea. I can't wait to try the other flavors. I will definitely stop here again when I can.“
“Best fried rice in Montreal! The deliciousness of the food, generous portions and the affordable prices are the real deal.Service is fast, however they rarely answer the phone if you wish to order in advance for a pick up.I most definetely recommend this restaurant for anyone who wishes to try one of the best fried rice in town!“
“Well this was our second place to tried and staff were not to friendly, they were talking to us with their mask on and at all time we make tjem repeat. My daughter order Pancit bihon and she did not received what she order. She ask to request Pancit Bihon and when her order shows up the cook brought to her and mentionned to order properly. Verry disapointer.“
“Our brunch here was delicious!!I've been craving Lechon Kawali for a while so I knew for certain that I'd be getting a Lechon dish. I ended up going for the Lechon & Waffles, while my partner went for the Sisilog. Both dishes were so good. The Lechon had a good mix of crispy skin, fat, and meat. I'll be dreaming of these dishes for a while. The service was quick and the staff were kind. I would definitely recommend checking this place out regardless of whether you're familiar with Filipino cuisine!“
