This is not a review of the restaurant but rather a Zoom cooking class with four couples that turned a birthday (mine) into a fun, delicious learning experience. Sunday brunch is a set for everyone. So be cautious if you have allergy or vegan. $120+ for two, a bit pricey without mimosa but only regular coffee and a juice choice. The juice is semi fresh when we got there around 1230, being kept in the jar since maybe morning before 10am. I don’t see any table could finish all the food choices. So I got a doggy bag. Probably one of the nicest and most creative spots in Montreal! The cruise according to the staff, is Nordic with Japanese influences. Dany Bolduc went to Japan for 3 months in order to get inspired and build the menu. Went for a special new year's day brunch, after a long while in which I wanted to go there.
