Superbe ambiance, un repas à couper le souffle accompagné d'un service hors pair. Nous avons opté pour le menu découverte et avons essayé les deux possibilités de pairing au niveau du vin. C'était tout simplement parfait. Félicitations à tous les membres du personnel présent hier soir (8 oct). Vous avez élevé notre soirée. Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux.
Nous avons mangé chez H&B mardi soir. Tout était parfait des cocktails jusqu’au digestif : les huîtres chaudes avec pommes et sabayon sont à se rouler par terre, les pétoncles poireau et babeurre divines, côte de bœuf IPE pour deux partagée à trois parfaite, service impeccable et sympathique (merci Louis). Allez y avant que le nouveau guide Michelin ne les couvre d’étoiles 😉
Friend recommended this place. The food was good but no wow! Ordered the steak for 2 people for the price of $170 and 1/4 of the steak was all fat. I left 3-4 pieces on the plate. I understand the fat in the beef and I enjoyed the fat but not all fat. Service was good and professional.
