I placed my order by phone and had to wait almost 20 minutes at the restaurant to get my order. Not only that, part of my order was wrong which I only realized once I got home. I ordered brown puttu not white, and was missing a part of the order as well. Terrible customer service, the only reason I go back is because of the food. People behind the counter don’t know how to talk or treat customers!
