Got the garba, riz gras and poulet alloco. The portions are for at least 2 people shareable for one meal, tasted good even the fish from the garba was perfectly seasoned and tasty. Would def recommend!

Food slaps. The Riz Gras is elite. Service takes a long time and honestly that’s how you know the food is so good. Would happily eat it any day, but don’t expect to get it fast haha.

Mam Grillades is a hidden gem in Montreal. The food slaps, and the Riz Gras is elite. The BBQ chicken is made fresh with great taste and juiciness, and the chicken and rice are amazing. The plantains are the best some have had in life, and the fried plantains are incredible. The flavors are rich, mouthwatering, and unforgettable. It is soul food. The vibe is 10/10 and the food is 10/10. Service takes a long time, and customers wait about an hour for chicken. The wait is worth it because the food is so good. The ladies work hard in a small kitchen with charcoals. Mam is warm, kind, and beloved. This is a solid 5 out of 5.
