“Réservation derrière minute et à une heure tardive, alors nous sommes arrivés affamés et impatients. Malgré tout notre serveuse est restée avenante et très patiente. Le service était soigné, la bouffe était 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾 et que dire de l’ambiance 😍 MERCI 🙏🏾“

“This place has the best sandwiches in Mile End / Plateau, among the best in Montreal. I think their vegan sandwich is the best in the city; super hearty, with touches of salt, sweet (honey) and spice, and without any ketchup or mayo. They also serve tajines and popsicles that I can’t wait to come back and try. Prices are really reasonable (and show you just how much other places are overcharging!). Staff is very friendly and the ambience is warm (West African jazz on the speakers). Must try!
Update: can confirm their balbastik glace are da bomb! Kefir lime is excellent.“

“Très belle découverte ! La salade aux figues était vraiment délicieuse, le mélange sucré avec les ingrédients frais est super bon. La salade de poivrons aussi était excellente, pleine de goût et très bien assaisonnée. Franchement on sent que tout est fait avec soin. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !“

“Tu en as pour ton argent qualité et quantité. Malheureusement ce qui arrive des fois avec les restaurants africains à Montréal, la qualité et la quantité pas au rendez-vous. ceux-ci font la différence, j'ai bien aimé mes deux plats de ndolè d'hier !!!“

“Je mange chez ce restaurant presque tous les jours, via uber eats. Ca fait deja 2 ans et les repas sont toujours aussi bons 🫶🏾 quand vous êtes en vacances comme ca je souffre. “Market which has just opened and rather clean. The lady who owns this shop is very kind and polite (her daughter too). I found products from home (ndolè, miondo, cassava leaves and WHITE PEPPER POWDER (which I often have difficulty finding elsewhere)).Her braised chicken is really good (she offered it to me when I had finished my shopping and I don't regret having taken it).I really recommend it. Always happy to see enterprising people like you!P.S: small suggestion, remember to label (the names + prices) ALL the products on the shelves (I saw products that I didn't know and which were not identified).“

“To have the best well done chicken that actually is made fresh with great taste and juiciness, you will have to wait about an hour, but it is worth it.
You guys have to understand how hard these ladies work in a small kitchen with charcoals and keep oiling and looking over the meat
If you want a chicken that is full of taste and has that BBQ taste come here“
