Wow, I can't believe this place doesn't have more reviews.
Yesterday, my Chicken Pita Plate order was prepared when I arrived there about 20 minutes later. I walked home another 20 minutes, and the food was still warm.
Almost all of the packaging is compostable and recyclable, except for the container holding the dressing and the plastic utensils that were accidentally (I think) put in.

Reasonable prices for good food. Welcoming and great atmosphere.
We were visiting from out of town and walked up the block looking for the best restaurant. When we got close it smelled delicious. We could smell the grilled onions. We sat down to eat. The service was quick. The waitress was great, sweet & efficient. We ordered one London & one rib steak. The food was very good. I would definitely recommend. The decor was plain but clean.

Monkland Grill is a well-rounded restaurant with a nice patio, serving homemade pasta and delicious pizzas. The Monkland Sub is a standout dish, paired with flavorful fries. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is nice. The menu includes a kids' menu, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible with ample street parking.
The restaurant has an extremely diverse menu, and the pizzas, including the pizza québécoise, are great. The poutine is also really amazing. The service is amazing, with very kind staff, and the atmosphere is very nice and calm. The new owners are amazing, providing a clean, fast, and friendly experience with improved quality and lowered prices.
