I stopped by at a little after 3 my chicken was stale like overpriced ones soaked in oil turning dark. The fries were fresh . I came from downtown so I didn't go back to complain but hopefully more fresh servings
The cashier was amazing, very kind, for sure I will be back.
Very good service

PFK offers a mixed dining experience. While the employees are friendly and do their best, the service can be slow, and some menu items, like the chicken popcorn poutine, are not recommended. The 4-piece chicken box is freshly prepared and enjoyed by many customers. The overall atmosphere is pleasant, with a "beautiful smiling energy" from the staff. Some customers noted that the staff can be a bit unaccommodating if they don't speak French, and there have been issues with order mistakes, such as missing mayonnaise, lettuce, or white meat, despite paying extra. The chicken is generally appreciated, with some saying it's excellent and unlike any other. However, others have experienced that the chicken felt slightly undercooked and too oily. Despite these issues, the restaurant remains a viable option for diners, especially considering the positive experiences with some staff members and the hot, delicious food served. The restaurant is currently undergoing changes, and the food quality may improve over time.
