Incredible experience, food and service

The Restaurant Jérôme Ferrer - Europea provides a high-quality dining experience with a warm welcome and attentive service. The gastronomic meal is excellent, with delightful surprises throughout, and the dishes are succulent. The team works harmoniously to exceed expectations, creating a convivial atmosphere. The grand chef is approachable and takes the time to meet with guests, making the experience truly memorable.
The restaurant has received a Michelin recognition, further enhancing its reputation for exceptional dining. Recent reviews highlight the mind-blowing food, presentation, texture, and flavor, with many considering it worth two Michelin stars. Guests also appreciate the opportunity to enjoy a tasting menu and recommend trying this restaurant at least once in a lifetime.
The atmosphere is described as refined and elegant, yet warm and inviting, with a special touch of intimacy on the second floor. Visitors praise the lovely experience, with a 12-course meal that left them stuffed before dessert, and the fantastic service, including the opportunity to tour the restaurant and visit the kitchen. The interior features a Canadian style, and servers are friendly, though sometimes linger a bit too long. The menu includes a variety of creative dishes, such as venison, lobster bisque in a cappuccino style, and a medley of different flavors on the plate. Some dishes, like the caviar, received criticism for being a bit dry or overcooked, but overall, the evening was memorable. Guests enjoy the artistic presentation of Quebec-inspired courses that activate all senses, and many recommend ending the meal with a glass of the Louis XIII, 100-year-old cognac. The experience is highly praised, though some suggest allowing a bit more time between courses to savor the wine pairings.
