As a regular client of the chaï lounge, I wanted to say that I’m a big fan of the upgraded decor! Always thought this place had so much unrealized potential, I’m happy to see it come into its own. The staff is amazing as always, some things never change :-))
Word of advice: Although the pastries, drinks and overall atmosphere is really great, I wish the owner would let customers be! I've had many experiences, as my friends have as well, where the owner asked us to move tables for other customers. He doesn't let individuals take the red tables, and uses the fake reservation excuse that another review mentioned. There's been a few instances where he's asked me to separate my table to make room for others. I understand where he's coming...read full review
