Satay Brothers Marché Atwater is a gem with delicious Asian-American fusion food. The satay chicken and sausage hot dogs were pricey but super delicious. The pork belly bao, papaya salad, and laksa were all better than expected. The papaya salad with tempeh is a must-try. The bao bun was good but a bit overpriced. Quick service and a decent menu selection. A unique spot only open in the summer, worth a visit for the flavors and friendly, efficient service.
