Friendly staff, good deal at the moment with sandwich of the day for around 10$ including 2 cookies or chips and a drink.
I order from here every once in a while. Ordered online last night to make use of the Bogofl special. The pick up at the counter was done in a timely manner, but the cashier lacked basic friendliness when handing off my order. Also, the patch of ice right outside the door almost took me out as I left, luckily I caught my footing.
