Anyone with money or inheriting a restaurant can have one, but having business sense, common sense and respect for your customers who are your bread+butter requires a different kind of savvy! Petty cash-grabs at every turn has been the downfall of a number of restaurants, because at already too-high prices, customers do not wish to be taken further advantage of!

Nous sommes arrivés à 18h00 au restaurant. Nous avons commandé à 18h30. Il nous a fallu 1 heure et demie pour obtenir notre assiette. Nous sommes sortis à presque 21h00. Incroyable. Pour le prix, la nourriture était très décevante. Parlons du tao général par exemple. Il en coûte 15 $ pour l'assiette. Mon ami avait 6 morceaux + un riz vapeur pour enfants.
