We had to wait for 2 hours for a table for 6 people meanwhile tables of 4 people and 2 sitting next to each other were being seating. When questioned the hostess said they couldn't move the tables together. We shall not be going back and will not recommend it“

“Petinos is our goto place for breakfast. The service is good & the food is amazing! The half waffle with strawberries, english cream and Nutella is one of my favorites. Tip: order hollandais sauce & cheese on your home fries (a suggestion from Tracey) it's amazing!!!“

“I think this is the best breakfast place I’ve ever been to. The service was excellent and incredibly fast—I never had to wait long, and my food arrived in just 5 minutes. My server was Amy. I was especially impressed that I got my decaf coffee in less than 2 minutes, which usually takes a while to brew elsewhere.
The menu is so appetizing with creative options; I literally wanted something on every page. I tried the 'Croissantwich' for the first time, and it was delicious. The potatoes were well-seasoned, and the bacon had a unique sweet flavor that paired superbly with the croissant, over-easy egg, and hollandaise sauce. The fruit salad was okay, but since fruit isn't currently in season, that was to be expected.
Overall, I am already looking forward to coming back here the next time I visit Quebec!“

“Ben & Florentine is a great spot for breakfast, brunch, or dinner. We stopped by for lunch, and while the place was quite busy, the service was slower than we expected. However, the food made up for it—it was delicious and satisfying.

Our portions weren’t just big—they were huge! It’s definitely a place where you won’t leave hungry. If you’re looking for hearty meals and don’t mind waiting a bit when it’s crowded, Ben & Florentine is worth a visit.“

“We were warmly received and sat in a booth. The place needs a definite refresh. Torn vinyl benches are not very inviting. Service was very good. Our waitress was attentive and efficient. Food was good and what you’d expect from a breakfast place. Nothing to wow you but solid. Have been to several locations and besides the decor, one of the better ones just don’t order real maple syrup as they gouge you for it. Would recommend.“
