The star of the show, of course, was the pizza. And what a pizza it was—honestly, one of the best I’ve had in recent memory. You can immediately tell that great care goes into every step of the preparation. The dough was clearly made in-house, with that ideal combination of lightness and chewiness that only comes from a proper fermentation process. “What a great experience we had for our first time dining at Pizzeria Bros today! The service is terrific, the food a diverse choice of appetizers, salads, pizza to die for! And the pasta, cannoli and brownies so delicious. We were 6 diners, a mix of vegan and meat lovers and we were all very satisfied with the array of choices. We will be back again soon, no doubt. “The food was exquisite I was in heaven. This restaurant is a staple of vaudreuil. A true hidden gem. The service was fantastic very attentive and kind. I ordered the le steak submarine and the steak was cooked to perfection. The food was so good I ordered more to bring home. The place was so fresh and relaxing the staff made me feel at home. The waitress had informed me that the
restaurant has new owners and there is a new upgraded menu coming out and I can’t wait to keep coming back!“

“Great quality chicken. Cooked to perfection and pre-quartered. The seasoning was excellent as well.
The fries left a lot to be desired as they were completely unseasoned and as plain as fries can get.

“We’re staying at the DoubleTree in Montreal and the receptionist recommended this place, and I’m so glad she did.
We were all genuinely so happy with the food. The flavors were fresh, rich, and just really well done. We ordered a pizza with double cheese, half pepperoni and mushrooms, along with wings and a Caesar salad. The wings came with fries and gravy, and the kids absolutely loved it.
Even more surprising, both my daughter and I are not pizza lovers, but we both said we would come back. I would honestly travel five hours just to eat here again.
The service was also really pleasant and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.“

“Well that was definitely different. I was visiting my son who lives in the area and we wanted pizza for supper,,I’m from southern Ontario and I have never had a better pizza.. and to top it off I received a call from them asking if we enjoyed the pizza and the answer is definitely yes. If I didn’t live six hours away I would be having pizza at least weekly. Thank you for the experience.“

“In my opinion, it's the best pizza around. The service is quick and the pizzas are well garnished. We drive 16 minutes to pick up our order but it's worth it.
You have to ask for the cut pizza.

“On June 15, 2026, I ordered two large pizzas with 15 pieces of chicken online one hour ahead 👍🏾👌. When I arrived, they gave me my two pizzas and a box with 9 pieces of chicken, which contained drumsticks, a little too much. They told me if I wanted the missing pieces, I would have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes Of course I said no, I didn't want to wait any longer.. I think they gave my box to another customer. I don't think this will be the last time we order from there, but I'll wait a bit for next time.. 🧐 . My sister and I regularly order from this restaurant“

“Best pizza, pricing and service!, we tried the New Yorker pizzas, great amount of cheese, crispy pepperoni etc. Our first order was for takeout and we got fries with our order, they were also really great.
The first time I ordered, I was struggling to find any restaurants open just before xmas, they were the only semi-local one open and when I called to order, they were actually closing, but the owner was so kind and offered to stay open later to make my takeout order.
Since then we discovered they also deliver to us in Sainte-Martine and we've ordered several times, we are regulars now lol.

“This place stands out compared to all the pizza/sub/fried chicken/casse-croûte places that seem similar because the owner actually is passionate about making good food. The menu includes items that are more original, the ingredients are more top shelf, the preparation is more involved. It’s just more appetizing and delicious. I’m Middle Eastern, and he’s Italian or Greek, and he spoke to me as an equal with zero disdain or arrogance. I’m a usual now.“
