I never go to Benny's in person, I always order. I must first say that I am rarely disappointed. Last night, I ordered a little late, and the site had not sent the order to the correct Benny. The restaurant took the time to call me and arrange something for me. The delivery girl was incredibly kind, no additional waiting time, the food is always hot and the fries crispy! Well done to the entire Benny Prévost team, you make me choose Benny again and again.
I hate the quest for money in a restaurant where there is no service. It does not make sense. Furthermore, a restaurant that doesn't have any utensils (knife) on a Friday at 6 p.m. is very strange. "They're all in the washer!" (Guess there's no sink or soap in the kitchens to wash some of them while waiting) I can understand that it's not easy to wash dishes with a cell in your hand. First visit to this restaurant, food was good, well portionned, right temperature. Loved it. Service was a bit dry, its ok i'm not here to make friends but to order. Still got everything we needed.
