“The meals were hot. The fries cooked well without asking. The little play area was useful for the children while they waited for the meal.
Check your beverage bottles. For me with apple juice. The cap was coated with a black liquid that had gotten under it. No exchange offer. Just clean it....a bit ordinary“

The on-site location is noisy because it is in a shopping center, but the Red Chicken area is well managed and pleasant.

“Honeslty , I haven’t seen a fast food/ restaurent this good in such a while I keep coming to this place and I don’t regret it the service is amazing 10/10 without a doubt they will always treat u right with respect , the food as well is fenominal personally I am a chicken guy so I love it even more but even if ur not a big fan u will adore it and ofc chicken isn’t the only option , also Marias’ puddin is just wow best puddin I have tasted in years honeslty I would even pay more then the actually price cuz its so worth it and finally Alek’s service is the best hes so nice , funny , respectable he deserves a raise ( and maria ofc ) 10/10 place amazing .“

“I have tried the griot, tassot cabrit, and chicken with rice and peas + plantains. The food was extremely flavorful, the portions were generous, and the service was very warm. I will definitely come back next time I visit Montreal, this will be my go-to Haitian restaurant.“
“YES YESSS YESS best portion to price ive seen. you would go PFK for 30$ you would get nothing impressive but madame poulet price are amazing please dont change that i had a big mac and cheese with a frie pepsi and the classique chicken burger for 28$ the food was amazing the place was clean and great musique and the worker are smiling and fast :D please open one in chateauguay we have olivia and pfk that are a disgrace to quebec BIG TIME.“

“overall very good service. the young girls working there are always very friendly and incredibly generous with their service and servings. i enjoy ordering the soup there. its incredibly good and always comes fresh and the portions are quite good for the price. i try to go there weekly when i want a good chicken noodle soup. its much better than most places and the service is quite fast and efficient and usually doesnt get too busy like other places where you need to be waiting non stop for a fast food place to be served.“

“Very good, I come quite often but today I arrive and the girl at the cash register doesn't see me and is watching a film on her cell phone. I stayed at least 5 minutes making noise so she would realize I was there but she was too focused. Not strong on customer service.“

“The price/servings ratio is agreeable. What makes it worth it is the unlimited gravy pump to absolutely drown your poutine in! Im surprised they still had that option. Used to go there as a teenager and here I am, 11 years later, still looking for the pump. If you want poutine in the area, go here!“

“I expected a regular Swiss Chalet style restaurant but it was so much more. The selection and taste of thr food was great. The servers were professional. The dining area was very nice. I wish that there were locations in Ontario. It is definitely a step up in the eating experience.“

“We have been using the Vimont location for a while mostly for take out. Their quality taste seems to be consistent well cooked and always delicious and portions to price is great. We really enjoy a nice take out from this place. Keep up the good work“

“Depuis que j'ai réalisé que le poulet est du poulet HALLAL, je ne fréquente plus la chaîne, j'encourage toute personne québécoise un temps soit peu attachée à nos valeurs québécoises/canadiennes à boycotter la chaîne au complet. Sachez que Salvatoré et TopLa eux n'utilisent pas la HALLAL pour le moment.“

“Came here with my girlfriend and we had a great time! The food was good we ordered the piriri cuisse and the general tao poutine. The fries were really fresh. You can even see the steam ?. Staff is great and the cashier was super kind 10/10 experience for Au Coq!

“Meal taken on August 31 around 1:00 p.m. Wow! The waitress should clone herself because I have rarely seen service with such politeness and know-how. An educated and organized waitress VERY RARE these days.
Table service is REALLY pitiful in many places, even in supposedly high-standard restaurants.
As far as I am concerned, my meal was very good and for the price paid the portion was more than sufficient.“
