Harvey's offers freshly cooked hamburgers with customizable condiments, a big plus compared to other fast food options. The prices may be a bit high, but the quality justifies it for many customers. The restaurant has received feedback about the need for improvements, such as including napkins in drive-thru orders and ensuring condiments are always stocked. There have been issues with service efficiency and organization, particularly during busy times, which has led to delays in receiving orders. Customers have noticed that staff may not always be willing to assist, causing concerns about service. However, the manager has been noted for addressing complaints and making things right. Harvey's is a tasty alternative to other fast food chains, with room for improvement in service quality and attention to detail. The meat tastes grilled, and many customers enjoy the ability to customize their hamburgers. Quick lunch options like croquettes are appreciated by those with limited time, and the milkshakes are considered affordable and enjoyable.
