“Honestly, really good, warm welcome, let us choose the place we want. My wife smoked salmon cheese pizza with capers she loved it. Me more conservative this time pizza pepperoni mushroom bacon all dressed ultimately delicious... fries also very good, with a little red wine sangria very good. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very good, with a beautiful terrace and sheltered from the rain.... go there, you'll like it, I'm sure ?

“Le genre de Pub qu’on aimerait avoir au coin de sa rue, chaude ambiance, service au top, intérieur magnifique musique qui va bien et whiskys, gins et bières de très bonnes qualités. Bref, tous les ingrédients pour y passer une très très bonne soirée. Un grand merci au serveur ( dont je ne connais pas le nom) qui nous a fait découvrir tous les charmes du Gin québécois, un vrai régale.“

“Aujourd'hui à été ma quatrième visite au Temps Perdu. J'ai eu la chance d'être servi par Mina, une jeune serveuse avec une personnalité extraordinaire. Les 3 autres fois auparavant ça n'a pas été le cas. Mina nous a reçu comme il se doit, avec un beau sourire et avec l'intention de bien nous servir. Nous avions chacun petit chien et elle nous a trouvé une table afin de bien accueillir même les chiens. Elle est à sa place c'est sûr. “Came into Quebec City on a late flight and just wanted a quick bite and a good beer — nothing heavy. We popped into Inox and I’m so glad we did. The place was amazing. Clean, awesome atmosphere, great vibes all around.

I had two beers while I was there and both were amazing. Great takes on the double IPA and the triple sour.

Mia took care of us and honestly made the whole night. She made us feel welcome and included from the moment we walked in — just a genuinely great soul. Can’t wait to bring my friends here next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!“

“We stopped by Blaxton for breakfast before our trip, and honestly… it ended up being one of the best decisions we made.
The food was really good—simple, fresh, and exactly what you want to start your day. The latte was great, the eggs were perfectly cooked, and everything just tasted right. But what truly made the experience stand out was the service.
The manager (a very kind Tunisian gentleman) was incredibly warm and welcoming. You could genuinely feel that Maghreb hospitality—so friendly, generous, and attentive. It made the whole experience feel special, not just another breakfast spot.
And here’s the funny part: we kept talking about that breakfast for the rest of our trip… especially after arriving in Cuba. Let’s just say, we were VERY glad we had that last proper meal at Blaxton before going. It really set the bar… maybe a bit too high 😅
Overall, highly recommend this place for breakfast. Great food, amazing service, and an experience that actually stayed with us throughout the trip.“

Et nous sommes resté devant nos assiettes vides beaucoup trop longtemps également. Le serveur a été dénigrant face a ses collègues et faisait preuve d'une arrogance insupportable. Aller au resto suggère du vivre une expérience agréable....pour ma part, ce ne fut pas le cas. Une chance que j'ai partagé cette expérience avec des personnes formidables ! Ça a sauvé la soirée !
