“Dear Team, From the moment we arrived at the Capitol, Alon, the bellman, and the entire team were wonderful. I had mentioned that we would be arriving early, and Charlotte was kind enough to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated. Antoine and Oli at the bar were fantastic as well. Our room was very clean, and I especially appreciated all the little touches that made us feel so welcome and special. My only negative comment is regarding one staff member who served us at the bar on Tuesday, August 18, around 4:00 p.m. I simply asked her, “How are you?” and she replied that she was tired and did not want to be there. Unfortunately, that did not reflect the level of service we experienced from the rest of your wonderful team or the standards of your establishment. Fortunately, Antoine was fantastic and helped turn the situation around. Overall, we had a lovely experience and truly appreciate the care and hospitality shown by your team. “We had a nice meal here in Quebec City. Extensive drink menu has many choices and they are reasonably priced. We started with the lobster pogos, which were good. We ordered the asian beef tartare...the appetizer serving, which was small. In all fairness, the server alerted us that it was small to share and we were okay with that. We also ordered the pickleator burger, which took forever. Our server finally asked if we got it already and then went to check on it. When we got it, it was delicious, and the manager apologized and took off two of our drinks from the bill. Very fair and appreciated. It's a fun spot in the heart of the action. I would definitely go back.“

“Didn’t try the food but why would you when the drink specials are amazing. Beers were double on size and only $5 something each. The bar keel came by to wipe our table and to bring more drinks and cold ice glasses. Never have we received service this great. We were here to watch a World Cup game and a little longer, made some friends and will be back. One of our best experiences in our vacation here.“

“My husband and I are in the city with our family. We wanted to go have a local beer, and we liked the name. We had a couple beers brewed in Quebec, enjoyed the bartenders Spotify list. We asked the bartender where to go for poutine, and he sent us up the street. If you want to know where to go in a new town, you chat up the bartender! I would definitely sit at this bar again. “I visited this restaurant four times during my stay in Quebec city and never was disappointed. Excellent, attentive service and fantastic customer centric attitude.
The breakfast offerings are varied and accommodate food, allergies. The dinner offerings were also excellent and fantastic service to go along with it. Nice cocktails, and experienced staff.
Price is reasonable and in line with their offering.
Truly recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area.“

“I came here from Nova Scotia to have some drinks and play some VLT’s. I stayed because Karolanne made the experience amazing. She was attentive and talkative even if she was busy. I’d come back to Quebec just to have the level of hospitality that I experienced with her.“
