“A hidden gem for evening tea or coffee with friends. I haven't tried it for breakfast which is what it's famous for but my friend and I were looking for alternatives to busy coffee shops in the area and this hit the mark.
We tried the Dubai chocolate bar, my friend tried the milk chocolate and I tried the dark chocolate. We all agreed the dark chocolate was the best. Excellent quality food and their chai latte was excellent.
The service was super friendly and fast.
They have some board games and the place is inviting with its small decor and potted plants.
The only thing they can improve on is maybe to add some warmth to the place in the evening by playing some soft low music in the background, and also by using soft lighting. It was a little too bright.“

I tried out the spinach quiche, salad and some sweets.
Three color pasta salad was fresh, creamy and juicy with the cherry tomatoes. The salad wasn’t heavy and it was actually quite fulfilling.
Normally you would assume a chocolate cake to be heavy but this one wasn’t the case. It was light and airy with just the right amount of sweetness.
The almond croissant and chocolatines were both so good, fresh, flaky and sweet!“

“I chose this cafe for my first espresso in Montreal this year because this coffee shop roasts coffee beans by themselves! It was busy time when I got here. It was almost full inside, and lots of people use their laptop. I sat down on the patio.
I ordered Mocha with soy milk, and a croissant. Their espresso is my preference! Good balance/mild with chocolate and soy milk, and a little natty. The croissant isn’t special though.“

Les employés sont gentils, la nourriture est bonne , la musique est correcte. Il y a beaucoup de pièces qui vous inspire et vous donne le goût de peindre avec effort. Personnellement , sa l'a pas coûté cher , chaque session on coûté cinq dollars plus un autre cinq pour vouloir continuer ma pièce là-bas, mais dix dollar pour une journée onze le matin à cinq de l'après-midi pour emprunter l'équipement c'est pas cher !!! En tout cas, si vous me croiser vous ne pouvez pas me manquer !! Je fais casiment partie des pièces de céramiques ! 🤣“

Being a coffee lover and always searching for the right roasted coffee beans, the owner's suggestion was spot-on: I am thrilled with the House espresso blend, it makes a perfect espresso, you can tell they take coffee roasting seriously. Very, very nice owner, he even gave me a small extra bags of beans to try. I wi;l definitely be back and I recommend. :D“

“Actual gelato in Laval, hard to believe I know. I was finally able to find good pistachio ice cream in here as well. So far I’ve tasted their classic pistachio and their tiramisu flavours and they were both excellent. Looking forward to going back one day!
They also have flavours for people with allergies and dietary restrictions. Went with my grandma who doesn’t consume regular milk and with my niece who is allergic to nuts.
The place itself also has a cool and clean decor.“

“Food is great. Small menu so they are good at what they do. Cashier was friendly and knowledgeable and our food came quickly.
My only real complaint is about some of the chairs. I'm a larger person and found the chair could be more sturdy and comfortable.
And as always with MOST restaurants, bathroom cleanliness could be improved (not a make or break for me).
I will definitely be going back.“

The food was delicious, with a great selection of options. Despite the high quality, the pricing was competitive and reasonable.What truly sets Le Rêve d’Helene apart is the personalized touch they bring to your event. Helene and Luc are incredibly helpful and welcoming, making sure every guest feels at home. The choice of food menu was fantastic, and the decor of the tables provided added an elegant touch to the ambiance. Helene will tailor to your food needs and even makes beautiful cakes for your occasion. Everything she serves is made in house. The cafe was also beautifully decorated as the tables and chairs were transformed and beautifully dressed.The availability of a speaker for music was a bonus, slowing for a small dance floor. . Café Aroma Paninoteca is fairly small, and appeared crowded as we entered, but we actually had no trouble finding a seat. The menu is listed on a board on the wall. It offers a selection of panini, salads, breakfast items and coffees. Soup is also available in the colder months. They take orders at the counter. We ordered a panini to share (the "Caprino" — goat cheese and vegetables) and two soups. (One of the soups was charged as a "side order" and the other was full price.) The panini are made to order and there were a number of the customers, so we had to wait a few minutes before being served, but the wait was by no means overlong. The panini and the soup were very good. The owner (Mimmo) was on duty, warmly welcome customers, both regulars and first-timers.“
