The on-site location is noisy because it is in a shopping center, but the Red Chicken area is well managed and pleasant.

“Have you ever had one of those “Where have you been all my life?!” culinary and cultural moments? Arouch - and the MOST lovely Sona - left me with that feeling yesterday. First, it was the combination of lemon, mint, and zahtar - bright, savory, and deeply comforting all at once - that turned a simple meal into something quietly unforgettable.
But beyond the *incredible* dining experience, it was meeting and having the opportunity to speak with Sona that made the visit so beautifully special: her warmth, her stories, and her pride in Armenian culture made me feel both welcomed to Montreal and connected to a wider, generous global community.
As a recent Quebec transplant, I felt seen, exceptionally (!) well-fed, and genuinely at home, and I’m already looking forward to coming back, both for the lahmajoun and for another chance to say thank you to such a gracious ambassador of Armenian hospitality and Montreal’s welcome. 💕🙏🏼“

“We went for a team building supper, was greeted cordially and accommodated throughout the whole experience. It was an event night, but still were told there was going to be a little wait, the owner was very efficient, he took our order as we waited, so that when the table was ready, the food followed, we sat around the time he promised, very efficient. Small space, but very friendly and warm environment, highly recommended“

“Bonjour. J’ai reçu une commande par livraison et il y avait un erreur. J’ai donc rappelé au restaurant et l’hôtesse qui m’a répondu as été très gentille. Elle a corrigé l’erreur et le livreur tout aussi gentil est revenu me porter le reste de la commande. C’a c’est très bien passé. Je recommande ce restaurant et je lui donne 5 étoiles“

“Visited Mandy’s for the first time on Christmas Eve. The staff was so helpful with their recommendations, especially Chloe. I tried the veggie protein bowl and their new smoreo cookie. Their recommendation was amazing!! The service from the staff was so quick and helpful, and the restaurant was nice and clean. I will definitely be coming back!“

“Great atmosphere with plenty of TVs to catch every game.VICKY T was friendly and attentive even during busy hours. Food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly — especially the wings and burgers. Drinks were reasonably priced, and the overall vibe made it a perfect spot to watch sports with friends. Definitely recommend for game nights or casual hangouts.“

“Hier soir, bon repas. Mais un service extrêmement long avec une serveuse presque sympathique. Pas de "est-ce que c'est à votre goût" après quelques minutes, aucun retour à pas table entre le moment où on a reçu les plats et où on nous a desservis. 30 minutes avant de pouvoir payer et de quitter. Puis, au moment de partir, trois employées si poste d'accueil beaucoup trop occupées à discuter entre elles pour nous dire merci ou au revoir. C'est ce que j'appelle "un mauvais service", point.“

“I went to Solymar twice in September for two different birthday parties, and both times were amazing. The food was absolutely delicious, I’m a huge seafood lover, and everything I tried was fresh, flavourful, and perfectly cooked.
The atmosphere is fun, festive, and full of great energy. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel like you’re celebrating something, even when you’re not! I’m already looking forward to going back again. Def recommend! 🦞🍤🎉“
