“The food here was truly amazing. We had the raw halibut which was similar to a ceviche, the muscles with the salsa which were my favourite, pork and beef skewers, as well as three different salads, the green mint bean salad, the salad with mixed greens, as well as the zucchini salad. We also had the grilled arctic char and the lobster risotto. The risotto portion, I expected to be larger esp as a main, but with all the food we had, we were full.“

“The pasta was super fresh and tasty. The staff was attentive. From the water, to the the bread, to the attention. Niza is an amazing server. My only slight complaint was there is a noise level. The ceilings are high and there aren't any sound absorbing fixtures. There was a party of 100 for a baby shower. All in all I did love the food and service.“

“This place is EXACTLY what we hope look for when we’re on vacation: A casual, non-pretentious place with food that is absolutely delicious! I enjoyed the charcuterie Panino and my wife had a Porchetta panino. Both were literally the best paninis we’ve had in North America and much of Italy. They both featured a special “relish” (for lack of a better word) that was a mix of lettuce, peppers pearl onions and exquisite seasoning. I wish I could have that on every sandwich I eat - forever! The mixtures is both exceptionally tasty and a bit spicy. When I took my first bite it was like a party in my mouth! I knew almost immediately that it was one of the best sandwiches that I’d ever had. Then my wife gave me a bite of her porchetta panino and THAT was even better. The seasoning on that pork just exploded my taste buds… and I’m not even a big fan of pork. One of the keys to the greatness of these sandwiches is the amazing bread. It has a perfect combination of a delicious, delicate center with a perfect, gourmet-crunchy crust. Not too hard or thick, but just right for marrying with the perfection of the ingredients.
Not to be outdone were the staff! They were all every bit as wonderful as the food, and so welcoming and helpful. My wife and I truly can’t recommend the Parma Café enough. They served us a meal that we kept reflecting on with great fondness the rest of our trip. In fact, there is a very famous deli in Montreal called Schwartz’s which is known around the world for its amazing sandwiches. We ate there the day before and it was, indeed, good , but if I had to choose between the two, I’d eat at Parma Café hands down every time. Enjoy.“

“We held a family party of 16 people plus 1 toddler for an 18th birthday party. From the set up to most importantly the delicious food and impeccable service, the experience was everything I hoped it to be and more. Ralph is very professional and a pleasure to deal with and Domenico, our head waiter, was very pleasant, attentive, accommodating and had wonderful recommendations as to timing of the evening and THE most important, the wine! “Amazing experience at Bravi! The service was exceptional. All the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed — even those who weren’t directly serving our table. I went with my mom (who wears a hijab) and my little sister, and a Moroccan server named Abder was especially thoughtful. He made sure all our food and drinks were alcohol-free, which we truly appreciated. Honestly, top-notch service and such a warm atmosphere. I 100% recommend this place!“

“We celebrated a special event at Donato's on a regular Tuesday afternoon for lunch. We had an exquisite and memorable experience. The table d'hote had so many offerings at unbeatable prices. Every dish was served to perfection and our party of 4 agreed that there was nothing missing or lacking from this experience. Many thanks Tony for offering champagne on the house as we celebrated our daughter's graduation from Concordia. We WILL be back!“

“There are many things to appreciate about this bistro, others we were not super excited about. I would probably try it again if I lived in the area, but will not do a detour for it.
What we liked: the nice, young lady who served us, the coziness of the place, the lentil soup and the lamb shank, the BYOB formula.
What was OK: the eggplant pasta, the side veggies that seem a bit of an afterthought. A bit expensive but that is usually the case in BYOB restaurants as they need to make a good profit on the food itself.
What could be improved: salad included in the meal is tiny and very generic; we had to go to the kitchen at the end to find the wait staff and ask for the bill; open kitchen very close to the dining area with a lot of noise and smells; a few words in French (Bonjour, Merci) would go a long way to make Québécois of all backgrounds feel welcome.“

“If you're in Montreal and love lasagna, this place is an absolute must-visit! Hands down, the best lasagna I've had in Canada. The layers were perfectly balanced, with the tomato paste hitting that ideal consistency—rich, flavorful, and not overly heavy. Every bite was perfection.
To top it off, the owner is one of the friendliest people I've ever met. His warmth and passion for his food make the experience even more special. You can feel the love and care that goes into every dish.

Servir 75 personnes en même temps, ce n’est pas une mince affaire — et vous avez relevé le défi haut la main ! Dès la première rencontre avec Martin pour planifier la soirée, tout a été A1 : à l’écoute, de bons conseils, et toujours soucieux que tout le monde soit satisfait. Le choix du menu était excellent, et en plus, on a mangé chaud… wow, merci ! Les serveurs ont été d’une gentillesse remarquable.
