“I never went in but I went through the drive-thru several times. My order is always taken with courtesy and respect. At the window, I am always greeted with a beautiful smile. So far, this is one of the Tim Hortons locations that has served me the best.

I find it important to greet people when you take your order instead of just saying “yes? ", or "your order? ". It’s refreshing to have staff whose courtesy and good customer service is their priority.“

“They would need to makes the Rims larger to hold more staff for the morning and lunch rushes. A lot of people from base stop there to eat and it's easy to wait 30 mins in the drive through to get a coffee. Maybe a coffee. Only line for people that just want that so your not waiting behind someone who ordered 12 sandwiches.“
