“I will still write " yes " because I want to encourage local businesses. I am happy that you decided to be a part of Too Good To Go to fight against food waste. But when I pick up japanese food that's supposed to have a 42 $ value, I expect to get japanese food, and I expect a 42$ value. 2 chicken broth soups with dumplings, and 2 bowls of rice with curry sauce and small frozen eggrolls aren't japanese ( except for the curry sauce ... ) and aren't a value of 42$. I feel cheated.“

“Omg thecabbage dish! In all the years I've lived on this earth, this is the most flavourful yet simple way of creating this dish. The garlic fried ribs were awesome too. Light airy and crispy. It was also very flavourful. The noodles lacked a little bit of flavour but I liked the chewy wide noodles a lot. The beef dish lacked a bit of flavour. It smelled great but it wasn't flavourful. The green beans tasted a litttlllee undercooked and compared for the cabbage dish, it was just ok.“

“Nowadays it's so hard to find the level of service you get at this restaurant. Waiters always come with a smile making sure you don't miss anything at your table. They open until 11 pm which is so convenient. I must admit their cuisine style is not my favorite, but it's still very good. We'll be back for sure.“

“First time at this place, definitely not the last! Went with one of my friends and off the bat we were warmly greeted by the chef herself Linda! Such a sweet soul and you can 100% taste the love in the food! Pad thai was phenomenal, balanced flavours, good char, authentic taste. The dumplings OH MY GOD! Best dumplings I’ve had in a whileeee! “Food is ok. The cooks are very funny. But the restaurant is not very clean. Needs renovation and a good cleaning. We were sitting in a dining room, the wall unit for the air conditioning was so dirty. When you walk into the restaurant, it smells damp, like there's water damage on the carpet. And the walls, you see that they haven't been washed for years. You see behind the scenes and the accumulation of dirt over the years ?“
“They use tablets for ordering food, but there are often glitches in the system — some items from your order might be missing, and even after reordering, a few things can still be left out. However, the food is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.“

“YAMA is a Japenese restaurant located in Vogue Hotel. This was a convenient and easy option for us since we stayed at Vogue. We dined at YAMA our first evening and were pleasantly surprised. The menu had many vegetarian options for us, which we appreciated. Even for a Sunday evening, the bar and restaurant were steadily busy.
We ordered:
Starters: edamame and vegetable gyoza. The edamame was classic. The vegetable gyoza were cooked crispy and was served in a shallow bowl with a coriander infused citrus sauce. It was tasty, and balanced well.
Small plate/side: midori no ha maki roll is a vegetarian roll with fresh veggies, wrapped in lettuce as opposed to traditional seaweed. It was a simple roll with a burst of freshness. We ordered the truffle fries because our server said they were amazing. They did not disappoint.
Entree: we ordered the roasted eggplant for our entree. We did not know what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised. The eggplant is cooked so well that it melts in your mouth. It was topped various wild mushrooms cooked differently (i.e. some crispy). It was a mild dish packed with a lot of flavor.
Dessert: For dessert we ordered the chocolate praline mousse. This was insane. Imagine a hard chocolate shell bomb with a mousse filling. The exterior was a chocolate and hazelnut shell. This dessert satisfies all cravings: chocolate, crunchy, and crispy.
We were very pleased with the vegetarian options at YAMA.
The only downside is the price. You are paying hotel prices to dine here, but that should be expected.“

“This place made the fall in love with Chinese food. My favorite dish is general Tao chicken (comes with rice) and every time I get to try new noddles, which I always love the taste of.
The service is good, and the preparation time is super super fast.

“I tried the noodles for the first time on Thursday night. The portion size was really amazing. It was not in a bowl but in a pot and the taste was delicious. I tried the special price noodles. My friend ordered the mutton noodles. The price was very reasonable and not expensive. The quantity was almost the same. I can't finish it, it tastes delicious, I recommend it!“

“I always only order out but it's very rare that I have the budget for that. I was able to treat myself to some Sushi and an order of Cantonese Chow Mein yesterday. I really enjoyed both. The Sushi was wrapped tightly and it was delicious. The Chow Mein was a huge portion with fresh veggies that had a nice bite to them. I especially appreciated that the food was not overly salted and the delivery was quick. I will absolutely order from there again asap.“

“I recently tried the Korean pork bone soup and it was absolutely amazing. The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, with a deep taste that only comes from long hours of simmering. The pork bones were tender and full of meat, falling off easily, and the portion was very generous. “They have 2 options: AYCE & à la carte. We took AYCE, more options and Good pricing. servers were very nice and helpful. Food was rlly good, fresh and hottt. They have a salad bar and dessert, not much options for those but they were still good. All i can say is that we devoured the food:), will be backk!“
