Burgers are huge and their special peppers are to die for! Fries and poutine are super good. Nice spot with hockey memorabilia on display.
Owners Jake, Daniel and Kean take super good care of everything you need and make their food with love.
They also have catering services too. Very dependable and excellent quality.

Pleasant setting What a shame to have a room that is not clean, not really dirty and disgusting but really not clean. (disgusting children's chairs + walls see photos) table not cleaned. “This is our absolute favourite burger place in Montreal and maybe even Canada - the BEST juiciest most delicious burgers you’ve ever had in your life. They handmake the burger patties and the buns and fries and everything is super fresh. If you like pickled stuff get the duo combo for the pickled cabbage, it’s so good.“

“Out of all the places I ate in Montreal, this was my FAVOURITE poutine. Squeaky curds, with perfect ratios of cheese to gravy to fries. The portion was generous, you get so much for what you pay. I was more than satisfied after eating here.
Service was super friendly and nice. I love the old school interior and being able to see the food made right in front of me. This location in particular is a MUST for poutine.“

“The burgers were really good and garnished well. The atmosphere is really nice too. Workers were fast and there was a lot of foot traffic around the restaurant. Price are bit higher that normal fast food places but the burgers are more elevated that your normal cheeseburger.“

“Overall, everything was very nice. The only thing that could have been improved is the noise level. In the bar area (the section we chose to be seated) has many TV screens and we were excited to watch the NHL playoff game. However, since there was a DJ, the music kept playing throughout the entire evening. Therefore, we couldn't enjoy the sound of the play-by-play of the game or the crowd cheering. When the Canadiens played their games, BB muted the music and let the diners listen to the live action of the game. I understand that it wasn't Montreal (Edmonton Oilers 🇨🇦 were playing), but it was a little disappointing since none of us could get into the game at all. Anyways, we accepted the establishment's decision to continue playing the DJ's music. *However, the most important point of this is the fact that the music was way too loud.* We couldn't hear each other speak at our own table. Maybe you could consider lowering the noise level of your music a little. That's all. Thanks.“

“Just tried Broger Burger for the first time and I was seriously impressed. I had the Le Piment Fou burger with fries — and honestly, it was perfect. The burger was packed with flavour, juicy, and had just the right level of heat. The balance of spice and richness was spot on, and the bun held everything together beautifully.

The fries were just as good — crispy, golden, and seasoned to perfection. You can tell a lot of care went into every part of the meal.

The vibe is great, staff are friendly, and you can feel the passion behind the food. Definitely a new favourite in the town!

“Came here with my partner for a drink. It's nice that you have an all adult section to avoid kids if that's your preference. I enjoyed the beer although I found the aperol spritz on the high end. I'd come back although I don't think I'd order that again.“

“This is probably one of my favourite places in Montreal. Best smoked meat, great poutine (do try their italian poutine it’s amazing) and a great place to have a classic good old club sandwich for a ok-by-today’s-standards price. They are also my favourite place to order in Pizza; much better than all the American chains. Also their greek is great! Its a great place to go to if not everyone is feeling like the same thing because they giant menu will have something for everyone. Also a great selection of desserts!

“First time visiting Montreal to attend a conference. Staying at Sonder and these folks being pretty much next door, decided to try their burger. Got the simple cheese burger with jalapenos and onions. Juicy and tasty meat patty with a nice soft bun. Melt in your mouth. Regretted not getting a double. Might feel a bit low on portion size but worth it. Definitely recommend.“

You can choose what to put in your burger like in Subway, and no matter what you choose it’s always good.
They stay open late and the employees are cool. The first time I went, I saw an employee leave her counter to bring water to a customer who had a spicy ghost pepper burger. So nice!“

“victorie has the friendliest staff! they really care about making your food right and that you enjoy it. the poutine might be the best in all of quebec + ontario. the fries are piping hot so the cheese actually melts. it was absolutely delicious! portions are huge, too. i’m thankful they have later hours.location is a little tricky. you go in via the entrance to 1001 Robert-Bourassa Blvd on the southwest side. the entrance to the building on the northwest side seemed inaccessible due to construction (at least in february 2024).“

“We usually like our experience there because they are quick and nice, but last night (12/05), we came at night and our order took a while to be done and the workers were standing there doing nothing… we thought it was because it wasn’t the usual workers we see when we come by, but the buns of our burger were cold. On the other hand, one of your employees (a young Indian who does not speak French) always claims that the milkshake machine is broken every time I go there, while all the other times, when he is not working, it is functional. It honestly makes me feel like he's too lazy to clean it. It's disappointing. I stopped going there when he was here.“

“This place is far from glamorous or fancy, in fact it looks like a old converted house, but for what it is, it's perfect.

The service was extremely quick, and bilingual, no complaints there.

I got home and absolutely devoured two all dressed hot dogs, and honestly one of the best poutines I've had. This isn't haute-cuisine, but the fries, gravy and curds were perfect; just the right amount of greasy and delicious. A good poutine is almost one solid chunk, and this was right on that line.

“We stopped in here for a poutine fix. The place was packed! Our server was very friendly, though a bit rushed due to the crowd. We ordered the duck poutine and the bison burger. The duck poutine was unique and tasty, though the fries and gravy could have been better. The bison burger was good, but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, a solid spot, but not mind-blowing.“

“As a fan of classic comfort food, I’m always on the lookout for a good burger and fries, so I decided to try Uniburger on Saint-Catherine W. The location is convenient, though, as with most spots along Saint-Catherine, parking can be a bit of a challenge.

The menu is simple, which suited my expectations—I wasn’t looking for anything over-the-top, just a solid burger experience. However, the interior could really use some attention. With only three tables, you’d think upkeep would be straightforward, but one table hadn’t been cleaned and the walls had noticeable scuff marks. It gives off a “quick grab-and-go” vibe more than a spot to linger.

On to the food: the burger and fries themselves didn’t disappoint. For a meal under $20, the quality is solid. The burger was juicy, with fresh toppings that added a nice crunch, and the fries were well-cooked.

In summary, if I’m nearby and craving a burger, Uniburger will do the job nicely. But for me, it’s not quite at the level where I’d go out of my way for a repeat visit.“
