“Always excited to enjoy this delicious Montreal staple. There are other places that do it similarly, but no one does it as well. Fries are on point, dipping sauce is the best in the game. Eating in is comfortable and communal. If you ask for more dipping sauce or coleslaw, they will happily obliged. Everytime I’m in Quebec, I simply must visit.“

“Anytime we go to Quebec a stop at St-Hubert is a must. The chicken is always cooked just right and couldn’t be more delicious. Our most recent stop was at this location at the express take out area. My French is sub par to say the least but the staff was very helpful in taking our order.. the wait time was not long at all and the guy even brought our order outside to us when it was ready. 5 stars for this location.“

“Tellement une belle soirée!! Pour un surprise party d'anniversaire, parmi les invités, plusieurs personnes de l'extérieur et du coin! Certains pour une première visite, pour d'autres (comme moi) des habitués de l'endroit! Service toujours très attentionné, plats originaux et savoureux et très belle carte cocktails et vins. Plusieurs des invités se sont promis de revenir! Merci Martin, Patrick et toute l'équipe de prendre si bien soin de nous🫶“
