“Not only were the chicken and fries excellent but the the young man, Mikael who served us, was most attentive, polite and with an easy smile. We were 3 seniors, 2 with canes and we can tell you that this kind of excellent service is not easy to find these days.

“Anytime we go to Quebec a stop at St-Hubert is a must. The chicken is always cooked just right and couldn’t be more delicious. Our most recent stop was at this location at the express take out area. My French is sub par to say the least but the staff was very helpful in taking our order.. the wait time was not long at all and the guy even brought our order outside to us when it was ready. 5 stars for this location.“

“I picked up some smoked meat to go. Got the cold meal ( 1lb meat with jar of pickles, loaf of rye bread and coleslaw ) so when I got home I could make a sandwich ( coming from Ontario )
The tomato sauce is to die for !!! You wouldn't think it would go together ... to put smoked meat in spaghetti sauce... but omg. Sooo good.!

Always a line when you go there. Whether to dine in or take out. But dont let the line discourage you. It goes by pretty fast and its worth the wait. Theres a reason theres a line :)“

“Beautiful cozy place with delicious high quality fresh food. The owners are sweet and happy to share their little family business and expertise with everyone who comes.
Yes it takes some time to eat especially if you order table d'hote but it is worthwhile to enjoy a lovely meal with people you love and relax and disconnect.
I suspect those who give one star reviews came in with specific expectations. It is nice to enjoy a restaurant where you don't feel that you are being pushed out for more customers, which is hard to find.
First time customer but will be back in the future!!“

When I went to the bathrooms, a young man was sweeping, very clean place. I congratulated the young man.
Ask for another sauce, the young girl was quick to give me one.
