WE HAVE ORDERED HERE FOR DECADES AND LOVE THE FOOD AND PAST SERVICE. I WENT THERE YESTERDAY, AND WE ALL WAITED AT LEAST 18 MINUTES FOR ANYTHING, INCLUDING JUST FRIES AND GRAVY. EVEN THEN I BOUT AN EXTRA GRAVY AND HAD TO GO BACK DUE TO IT NOT BEING IN MY TAKEOUT ORDER. THE POOR SERVER HAD TO DEAL WITH THE STAFF IN THE BACK WHO SEEM NOT TO KNOW WHAT TO DO!
Absolutely unacceptable.
The food I received was not at all what I ordered. Instead of contacting me to let me know they didn’t have certain items, they simply replaced my order with random food I never asked for.
When I called the restaurant, the only explanation I got was, “We don’t have what you ordered.” No apology. No attempt to make it right. No solution. I asked why no one bothered to call me before changing my order, and why they thought it was acceptable...read full review

Very disappointing experience while picking up an Uber Eats delivery.
When I arrived, a young girl was working at the reception, and her friend was sitting beside her. The receptionist told me the order wasn't ready, but when I asked how long it would take, she simply said she didn't know instead of checking with the kitchen for an estimated wait time.
