“Funny little place where functionality clearly takes precedence over atmosphere. Definitely more of a place that focuses on delivery. I tried the poutine which was good but surprising. A sauce reminiscent of butter chicken, fries more bouncy than crispy. It gets the job done. An extra star because it is the only restaurant open until late in Verdun.“

“It was our first time and not the last, the service was excellent very friendly staff who explained every single dish served , the meat was excellent. We will be back, also it’s bring your own wine ( they have a convenient store right across ). Overall 10/10 :)“

“As a big bbq lover my boyfriend was very impressed with this place! He mentioned its some of the best hes had and similar to down in the states. We made a reso , although not necessarily required on a week nice. Price is definitely affordable also.“

“I recently celebrated my Aunt’s 75th birthday at Gyro Grill, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The restaurant was quaint, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. “Visiting from NB and our cab driver recommended we try! We ordered the mixed plate with extra hummus, and halloumi plate. Everything was on point. Two of us could not finish the meal and had enough for both to eat for lunch the following day. Staff were friendly, environment was cozy. Highly recommend!“

“Its so hard to find kimchi in the regular super markets here you can find alot good things of the Orient. Definatly worth checking out. They even have Blueberry Tea for under $5. Some veggatbles and fruits seem to be cheaper than maxi and in better condition.“

As someone who cooks all the time, I'm extremely critical about food quality and taste. That's why I was genuinely surprised and impressed with Poulet Rouge on my first visit!
We ordered the chicken bowl with salad and quinoa, the chicken bowl with brown rice, and the chicken poutine. Everything exceeded my expectations for a fast food franchise. The chicken was well-seasoned and properly cooked, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the flavors were spot-on. This isn't your typical fast food - the quality really shows.
Beyond the food, the service was great, the restaurant was clean, and there was comfortable seating available. Our order came out quickly without compromising on taste or presentation.
What really seals the deal is the pricing - it's actually affordable, which is rare these days given the current economy. You're getting quality food at a fair price point.
I'm genuinely excited to go back, which says a lot coming from someone who usually prefers home-cooked meals. Poulet Rouge has earned a regular customer. Highly recommend giving them a try!“

“Service was fast and friendly from the get go. I got the chicken breast combo with fries and salad. I had never tried Portuguese before, but that sauce was on point. This restaurant is not "just" a rotisserie: it is a complete restaurant with a varied and delicious menu. And their salad bar is incredibly well stocked and the soups are very good. Also, the dining room is warm, it is easy to park around the restaurant and the service is excellent! This place is also well suited to groups.

“To have the best well done chicken that actually is made fresh with great taste and juiciness, you will have to wait about an hour, but it is worth it.
You guys have to understand how hard these ladies work in a small kitchen with charcoals and keep oiling and looking over the meat
If you want a chicken that is full of taste and has that BBQ taste come here“

“Great quality Chinese food. I came here expecting a filling meal for a low price and I got one. Don’t miss out on the sticky rice and bbq pork. Just be mindful the roasted duck has many bones which was pesky to eat but it was very fatty and juicy. Workers were very nice and were patient with me trying to e transfer since it is cash only and no seating only takeout. Definitely coming back here again. 9/10“
