“Funny little place where functionality clearly takes precedence over atmosphere. Definitely more of a place that focuses on delivery. I tried the poutine which was good but surprising. A sauce reminiscent of butter chicken, fries more bouncy than crispy. It gets the job done. An extra star because it is the only restaurant open until late in Verdun.“

From the moment we walked in, Steve and Catherine made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. The atmosphere was cozy and the chalet of your grandparents, perfect for a relaxed meal.

Now, let's talk about the food… absolutely incredible! The chicken was perfectly cooked, bursting with original, authentic flavor, and the poutine was equally delicious. I honestly, highly recommend you all go eat their signature, slow cooked chicken, you won't be disappointed!

My family and I have been eating here (take-out, delivery) for more years than I can remember. I have NEVER been disappointed! I have graduated from gravy to hot sauce, but I still can't resist the French fries, cooked to perfection! I find the prices super reasonable, considering that eating at a fancy restaurant now requires taking out a second mortgage, so do not begrudge the owners the reasonable price increases that inflation has caused. Even when I go there alone to pick up something just for me, I have to add an extra entire chicken or more because my kids and grandkids will steal the food from under my nose, the aroma is so mouth-watering! Also: service is friendly and prompt, and great in French and English.“

“Don’t hesitate about the mutton kebabs. Yang Dajin is highly recommended to those who like to eat fat and thin. The pork belly is brushed with sweet and sour sauce, which can relieve the greasiness. But I still like it without the sauce, just add a little more 🧄 and it will take off. As a cold dish, there is no mustard in the big noodles. The fried belly sesame sauce is a bit salty, but the belly itself is delicious. The beef skewers are plentiful and delicious, but the mutton skewers are still recommended.“
