Ice cream is ok. Service could be better. Ordered a few ice creams and paid for them via cc. Server did not charge for sprinkles on one of the ice creams we asked for when ordering. As a result when we expected sprinkles we were told we weren't charged for one of them. My out of town guest had to pull a few cents out of their purse to pay for the sprinkles. I don't expect anything for free, but if you didn't take order down correctly you should make it right.
First time at Jules and I'm going to be a repeat customer. Why? For one the ambiance is adorable. A traditional ice cream shoppe complete with adorable decor. Two: Impeccable customer service! I was going to get a quart of several flavors mashed together and the young person behind the suggested the sampler! Win! Very happy with my purchase. The ice cream is simply divine. Please support this local business. They are fantastic!
