“Located right in front of the pier. Went there to get a coffee and a turnover before a race, and took my goodies to eat sitting on a bench while looking at the landscape. They do have tables inside, but if the weather is right, I highly recommend to eat outdoors. The service was quick, and the food hit the spot.“

“Great ice cream, great customer service, great prices! My boyfriend loved their chocolate malted milkshake, while I just get maple walnut or coffee. The price for both of us was under $11!
The atmosphere reminds me of the old Cross Eyed Cow from my childhood (it was where Sakonnet River Grill's grab n go currently is). If you're in or around Tiverton and haven't tried Caf's its really worth stopping in!
Additionally, I noticed a sign that said that 10% of all proceeds go to helping people around the world. There were also photos throughout of, Im assuming, the owner and the children that they've helped. I don't know the owner personally, but it seems like they're doing the good Lord's work while also serving some great ice cream.“

I figured my nostalgia was probably over-hyping it, but I went back yesterday and it was even better than I remembered. I got the cookie dough in a waffle cup and it was so creamy and delicious! Well this place blew me away. The best ice cream I’ve tasted in mass or Rhode Island by far (and we’ve been to most). The cookie dough ice cream is AMAZING. If you haven’t been here you have to come by, you won’t regret it. Not to mention you can eat your ice cream and watch the farm animals from their picnic tables out back. “Took my toddler here Monday and my only regret with coming here is that we’ve lived in North Smithfield for several years and this was our first time coming! My son (almost 3) loved seeing the cows and trucks that were set up there. We went inside to get a snack and he started having a mini meltdown because he wanted to go back outside. An employee (wish I got her name) came from behind the register and gave him a couple stickers and told me I was doing a great job, which really means a lot when you feel like you’re doing something wrong as a mom. I appreciate that woman more than she realized! 💕 I ordered a cream puff and 2 chocolate chip cookies. When the employee from behind the counter handed me my box she let me know she gave us an extra cookie! The employees really were amazing. My son loved his cookie, and I’ve been dreaming of that cream puff ever since 🤤 we can’t wait to come back and try the ice cream! Great snacks and even greater employees! Thank you for a great day!“

In the past, I've also had Chicken Noodle, Portuguese Kale, and Vegetable Minestrone soups. All were great. Lily's is RI's Soup Kitchen Internation but with a smile.“

“Stopped by on our way out of Portsmouth. We wanted a cup of coffee and ice cream. Both were great. People were friendly and the store had a great atmosphere. After getting our iced coffee and ice cream for the kids we went around back where there were some nice benches and shaded areas to sit.

Parking was easy to get in and out of again. If we want ice cream and coffee we will make the little extra trip outside of Middletown to stop here.“

When I realized this, I tried to go inside to address the issue but all the doors were locked which was disappointing. However I called through a drive-in machine and explained the issue and the server, Olivia, was incredibly helpful professional when sorting out the discrepancy. On top of adjusting the charge, she applied a small discount to the meal as compensation for the inconvenience, which wasn’t necessary but still appreciated. And I’ve come to get a quick bite to eat to find I have a server in training “ Stephanie” who was nervous but pleasant with a inviting g smile that set my atmosphere of being a guest with my company. She assure she got the order correctly to our liking to our order and was pleasant to please and accommodate our needs. If unfamiliar with a menu she quickly excuse herself to inquire with her shift boss. Who was just as pleasant and knowledgeable to what Eva ? that may have riser. Needles to say to find I had points and a member to top it off I got a sundae of one scoop to find 2 scoops and the cost would be 2$ and 5$ off the bill to our surprise.
