My grandparents Clement and Margaret Wood started this business on Rolf Street in Cranston near the end of WWII. Just after the war they built the building that houses the business to this very day. I remember spending days there as a child and my grandmother making me potato scallops with malt vinegar. My grandfather would be “in the back running the potato peeling machine. If you love mom and pop places to eat, put this place on your list if you love fried seafood.Have been earing here since 2011.
Kid-friendliness: Have kids portions...And always Chicken Fingers if you don't like seafood.
Parking: Parking on side of building off street.

Monique and Gary are wonderful and the seafood is old school delicious. Prices are very affordable too!
Stadium Fish & Chips is a nostalgic mom and pop restaurant serving delicious fried seafood since 2011. They offer kids portions and chicken fingers for those who don't like seafood. The parking is convenient, and the wheelchair accessibility is good. The food tastes exactly the same as it did in the past, bringing back childhood memories. While they no longer use newspaper wrap, the friendly staff and great prices make it a must-visit spot.
