I'm glad we gave them a shot now it's the only place we go I think it's better then California taco the staff are great and very polite there fast and everything I've gotten so far has been delicious ? and the prices are very reasonable if u haven't tried this place definitely give them a shot you will not regret it“

“Papi's Tacos is a little spot in a chain of stores on Oaklawn Ave. The food is delicious and well made and seasoned just right. There's a few tables to sit inside and they sell cold sodas. The food was really good. I wanted more. The chicken, beef and shrimp are all cooked to order properly seasoned and quite yummy. Tacos, giant burritos, Quesadillas are out of this world. The taquitos are so good there's no end to how many you want to order. Definitely more than three. Everything on the menu is really tasty. The folks inside are patient and kind people. “My daughter gave me a chicken burrito Friday night by Saturday I wanted more so she brought me back there to get another chicken burrito and a cow's tongue burrito and they were marvelous!If you want the nachos my daughter also said that they were so good. The woman at the window was nice she chit-chatted and she told me how to say certain words in Spanish after I asked.The only thing I did not care for was the parking and they can't help that But they were literally four or five parking spaces there“
“Came here today for lunch. I was craving some authentic tacos and decided to give this a shot. I'm glad I did. Not only are they friendly but they also are very affordable and delicious. I ordered the Al pastor, the Barbacoa, and the carnitas. The carnitas were my favorite but the tacos were filled with meat and plenty of fresh cilantro and onion and lime. We ordered 6 tacos and they came out to $16.00. The truck is a bit unassuming and it's located in a parking lot across from the supermarket but great food. I'll definitely be back. There was a bit of a language barrier but lucky for me I'm well versed in ordering my food in Spanish lol. Definitely give them a try. They are cash only.“

“Recently discovered on TooGoodtoGo app but will defiantly be going back. The portions were huge, very delicious and the staff was friendly. They have a huge selection of empanadas. I got the chicken which was very flavorful, rice and beans that weren't dry and mac salad. I also got an egg and cheese empanada and I'd like to try all of their other selections. They also had a huge selection of desserts that looked really good.“

They are also not called Papi's Tacos anymore, its La Familia Tacos.“

The filling was juicy and flavorful while the tortilla was moist and the perfect texture.It's a small place, and even though we came around 2:30pm, it was still pretty busy with people coming in to eat. The service was friendly and very speedy. If I'm ever back in the area, I'd love to come have tacos here again.“
“I can't say I've ever had a bad experience at needle and thread. I was so happy when they announced that they would be open on Sundays because I was able to celebrate my birthday there last night (2/18). Drinks are always on point. The menu changes seasonally and I can't say I've ever had any complaints. Looking forward to my next visit!“
“The location at 10 Sims ave is huge. This is much bigger than the location on Ives street. The food is always excellent and the staff are super friendly. On Saturdays a farmer market is open at the Farm Fresh HUB. You can't go wrong with the fried fish taco or the chicken taco. My husband loves all of the burrito options.“
“The atmosphere for dine in is full of plants and great music! The staff was friendly and good at their jobs. The food, of course, was the best part. I got the azada tacos and the meat was so tender and flavored well! I also enjoyed a side of French fries and Eloté (street corn on the cob). Parking is street parking in Cranston but still not hard to find honestly. The menu is simple but creative. The food is fresh. I highly recommend trying this place at least 3x!“
