As a San Diegan I have tried everywhere in boston and enjoyed great Salvadoran, Honduran, and Puerto Rican food but have not found great Baja Mexican or even good Mexican in general that remind me of home. “I really wanted to give this restaurant 5 stars because their veggie taco, quesadilla, and all of their salsas were so good. However, the veggie tamales were sadly quite dry and had too much corn for the amount of filling.

I will certainly be back because everything else was too tier. I’d highly recommend checking this place out, but based on my experience today, avoid the veggie tamales.“

“Found this place while driving and gave it a try. I was not disappointed. The staff are very friendly, the resturant is clean and cozy, the food was amazing. I have a hard time finding Mexican restuants that have all the things I like, but Dora Taqueria had it all. Got birra tacos, with street corn and chicarone with guac. Horchata was also delicious. I will return and tell everyone I know to come to this place to satisfy their cravings.“

“we have frequently ordered out from them however I refuse to give them any more buisness as of today, we have never had any issues in the past . my husband paid 40 dollars for a taco tray , and upon opening the tray I noticed my chorizo tacos where burnt. to the point I couldn't even attempt to feed them to my dog. Im not sure if that was given to me on purpose because when I went to pay for my food I was commenting to the cashier about the large significant price increase and asked if I could receive my receipt so that I could verify the charges .I understand prices are going up because of whats going on , however the original taco tray typically comes with rice and beans, I was aware that because they where operating out of a taco truck I wouldnt receive that and I was ok , I just was not informed of the significant price increase that was a larger amount.The cashier had a attitude about it and scoffed and wrote me a receipt that read 40$ taco tray. I was already upset , so to go home and see that some of the tacos where severely burnt really upset me . I personally texted the owner and expressed to the owner that its not fair to work hard and pay for a service to feed your family and half of the food is charred. as of today I will no longer patronize this poor excuse of an establishment. I never got a response back and that speaks volumes about the owner . If you desire attitude and burnt piss poor quality then Tacos El primo on college street is the jackpot. attached are pictures of one of the burnt tacos and a screenshot showing that I reached out to show them the quality of food , In no way shape or form was I disrespectful or using any type of profanity in my text although I was upset, never got a response back .“

“We were visiting the area to attend graduation and had brought our small dog. The restaurant accommodated our dog by allowing us to sit outside. It started to rain but the server quickly rolled down the awning and no one got wet. I'm addition to their excellent hospitality, the food was delicious. Our group tried the burger with egg, chicken and waffles, pork bahn mi and crab cakes. Fantastic experience to top off a wonderful graduation weekend!“

Yes, but when has sushi from a restaurant been cheap? When has eating out in a city been cheap? Value is there. “This is a hidden gem. I've passed this restaurant many times and finally tried it today before the dinner crowd started to come in. The interior is larger than it seems from the outside. It's well decorated, clean, and the tables aren't all crowded next to each other. The food was very good as well as pricing. The portions are decent. I read some comments about carnitas but despite the negative comments we tried the carnitas tacos, they were really good and we would definitely recommend them. They have a back room with a bar. I recommend this place for the food, ambiance, and price. The service was good. Waiter and staff are very friendly.“

“My first time at this restaurant, and I differ 100% from the comments I have read, the person who helped me on the phone was very friendly, very polite, they gave me 25 minutes to pick up my order and when I arrived at the location it was ready , very clean, well organized, the person who received me was very polite, I mean good service, my order, a pork chimi and a Dominican style hot dog, the best I have eaten in Boston, good portion for the price, very good quality/price, very juicy, very good seasoning, I was looking for that quality of food in Boston for quite some time and I finally found it, they have a new client, well 2, my wife and I“
