Both the interior and exterior of the space are gorgeous. The only heads-up I’d give is that a 20% gratuity was automatically added to the bill without us realizing, but overall, a wonderful experience!“

“I have been craving nachos, so I asked my Franklin facebook group who makes the best ones around. Raillery got the most mentions, so I tried them out. Oh my goodness! These were the best nachos I’ve ever had. Loaded with toppings through and through, and there was so much, I took half of it home. I may try some of the other places people mentioned, but this will be a very tough act to follow. We always enjoy our meals there, and now there’s one more reason to visit again!“

“Staff was friendly and restaurant was clean. This was my first time in Olive Garden in years so I was a bit disappointed with the breadsticks. They were overcooked, minestrone soup was yummy, entree was a decent portion size but I just wasn’t a fan of the cheese flavor used on my steak alfredo :/ not usually a fan of cake but the strawberry cream cake was so light and the right amount of sweetness“

“The only reason why I wanted to write a review is because I dined there last night before a concert. The bartender got in the weeds and first the general manager came to help, she hopped on service bar so he could take care of bar guests, clean up( there were stacks of dishes everywhere) but the 4 stars come in when the service manager came to help! She’s amazing. I didn’t catch her name but she really is great. I worked for Olive Garden for 12 years and I would have loved to work with her. Outstanding“

“We just tried out the new location in north Providence. It was absolutely delicious!!!! It was very clean, the service was exceptional and very attentive. They came over to us several times to make sure everything was okay. The manager Bob was super nice ! He came over to introduce himself and made sure we were okay several times as well! Highly recommend!!“

“The food is always fresh, the location is very clean, well decorated and cared for. The staff does a great job preparing your dishes. It's quick and easy unless it gets really busy. They keep things moving quickly if you know what you want. I have not had a bad meal or negative experience at Baja's. I guess this is why they are successful.
