“I was very hungry and decided to go to the jersey mikes near my house. The 2 young men working there whose names were Will and Jelson helped me pick a sandwich because I have never been there before. They recommended me the Big Kahuna and it was the best sandwich I have ever had. The service was amazing and the food came out quick. Usually I dont talk to the servers at fast food places but they were actually putting in an effort to make my experience wonderful. I 100% recommend!“

“Ordered food here a few times and occasionally they have forgotten straws, sauces, and on one occurrence missed a sandwich only for me to notice after getting home. I highly recommend checking orders when exiting drive through before leaving the lot just in case something was missed. Overall, the service is much better than the near by McDonald’s, but I would still say it is just average for your conventional burger fast food chain.“

“This location is far better than several that are closer to me. They make the sandwiches like they were making them for themselves and not quick and half a$$ed like other locations do. Usually, we order ahead, and it's ready and made perfectly each time.“

Maybe 8/8:15pm .. and the employee that took my order, First and foremost thank you for just noticing me..It was not one of my best moments.. not being able to keep myself together to order a simple happy meal for my son.. but just the fact that you asked me if I was okay, and then being mid-shift told me you had time if I needed to talk. There is nothing I could ever say to thank you enough! “I ordered a frappe. The young man made it, and gave it to me. In the bottom of my mocha frappe there was tons of what appeared to be small pebbles settling at the bottom.. They were actually strawberry seeds because he didn't clean the mixer properly before making my frappe. I asked for the manager (A young woman named Kaitlyn). She took the frappe back and re-made it. This time it didn't have strawberry seeds in it. She was very kind, apologetic, and extremely helpful. We need more people like her in the customer service industry !“

“Went to visit my sister in Pawtucket as I live in Boston and was craving KFC so we went to visit the location on newport avenue and I was greeted with friendly service and could not believe how fast my food was handed to me! I ordered a 7 piece family mail which was a great price- food was fresh and hot I have no complaints“
