The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they make some of the best coffee in the area. “Walked in one day to try a new place, I almost left because of them only having cold brew iced coffee (all I drink is iced reg.) but the gentleman working there convinced me that it’s a really nice kind of cold brew and let me sample it. I did enjoy it. I ordered one with caramel and I have been hooked ever since! I now go there daily and do some of my work on the computer there, the environment is so peaceful. “Freakin’ awesome coffee & wraps! Stopped over in Providence for a night and this place was across the street and recommended by our host. We had the maple sea salt latte (1 iced, 1 hot with oat milk), breakfast wrap and chorizo & salsa verde wrap. Amazing flavors in everything and made our lazy morning perfect. We’ve already decided it’s our go to place whenever we’re anywhere near Providence. We may even take a detour! It was that good 😊“

“What a gem! I got Lavender Fields and it was beautiful and so unique. Pastries were good too. But look at the decor! I have never been to a coffee shop like this. They offered to make my take-out coffee for someone else after I finished my own. Owner chatted with me a bit and gave me recommendations on where to visit in Providence. Top notch service. If you haven't thought to ask for a "pup-cup" for your dog, I highly recommend grabbing one while you're grabbing some breakfast or lunch! They prepare the cutest pup-cups I've ever seen; my puppy literally loves it and he gets excited the second we pull into the wicked convenient drive-thru. “Like cafe Nero because they have better food and sandwiches than Starbucks but it's still not like if you're in Italy at a coffee shop the sandwiches and food is even much better in Italy.. these coffee shop and sandwich chains are afraid to be totally like another country like Italy or Spain or Columbia where the best coffee is from so many restaurants try and duplicate Italy with some times they come close but the coffee shops never do they succumb to the basic American palate.. if you haven't been to Europe or other countries then you don't understand what I'm talking about then you must go to see how basic America is with their foreign foods“

I appreciate the gluten free options! Not many local places have that. Parking lot is open and plenty of spots. Wheelchair accessible too.“

They have ice and sugar level options. They also have lots of add-on choices. They also have dairy free substitutions and were careful with our daughter gluten allergy.

“I visited New Harvest Coffee Roasters for the first time last week with my ICED COFFEE Summer Celebration coupon from RI Food Fights. This is my 4th July using these coupons and although I’ve seen the New Harvest coupon in prior years, I never used it. How sad, because it was one of my top 3 coffees this July! I only drink Decaf and the barista was kind enough to make me an Iced Decaf Americano. Delicious. I also snuck a sip of their cold brew (Yumm!) Cant wait to come back here with my husband.“

One place the ice coffee tasted old, other one had a very strange taste. I drove down to Coffee Connection and they never miss. The ice coffee today was just as perfect as it always is. I just wish it was closer to my house. The staff is always very polite. 5 Stars!!!!!“

“I come here at least once a week for a small ice coffee and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Last week I was charged almost $13 today was $11.55 so I asked for a receipt bcuz I never get one. I looked at it and I was charged .75 cents for ONE pump of caramel swirl. That’s ridiculous for ONE extra pump. .25 cents I wouldn’t mind paying but that’s ALOT for a pump of swirl in my opinion. Then charged .50 cents for butter. Also some mornings I am waiting in line for 15 minutes which is also ridiculous. If the owner sees my review I just want to tell you maybe put another person on in the morning bcuz there’s NO reason I should be waiting 10/15 minutes in a drive thru. The food is great and I love the coffee but just wanted to let the owner know my frustration.“

“I've always loved the extra specialty iced coffees here, but if you don't like your coffee that sweet, even the unsweetened coffee flavors are the best. I recently tried their new refreshers, which are delicious, especially the watermelon cucumber one. My all-time favorites are the Minty Lou and the Banana Split. Even the bags of coffee you can buy taste amazing, especially Banana Nut. The ladies are always friendly, and I've never had an order done wrong. I should also mention that their prices are unbeatable.“

Service was excellent, they were patient with my excited kids and the prices were so much better than similar shops. Most importantly for me with my kids - it was EASY. Similar shops in the area have challenging parking, super crowded areas and are tough with littles. This was perfect. Got the doughnuts home and they were outstanding!“
