“We enjoyed having breakfast at this wonderful place while in Newport, RI. The people who own it and those who work there are AMAZING, friendly, and take the time to talk to customers while keeping service at the top of their list. They (from the kitchen to the front door) look like they love working there and have created a loving family environment. Of course, the line was out the door and down the street, but that was okay because everyone enjoyed visiting each other. There is just one warning, the portions are enormous. You know when my husband can't finish it, it's a lot. 🤣“

“I had the Ron Swanson this weekend and it was absolutely delicious wish I had pics but I didn’t think to do that! My wife had a pepperoni lovers pizza and that was also fantastic. The table next to us had a half general tsos half chicken bacon ranch we worked out a trade and they were both excellent highly recommended“

“I love the pizza. it was delicious! I had cheese and onion. They are not skimpy on toppings. It was the Best! I also ordered a Broccoli Calzone. This is a Greek Calzone which is a little different than the Italian. It was really good. It was loaded with Mozz, Cheddar N veggies with the Fresh Broccoli. If you love Greek style pizza, You will Love this place. Service was Fast and Friendly. The restaurant was immaculately Clean. Go try it! You will Love It!!!“

“Good location with ample seating inside and outside patio. The pizzas we ordered did not disappoint, good quality ingredients and the dough is delicious. We also had a few cocktails and they were really well prepared and at mixology level presentation and taste. Then there is the service, everyone is attentive, friendly but professional. Our server Eliza was the best, she knew all the dishes and cocktails and their ingredients. Thank you for another wonderful dinner in Newport and keep up the great work!“

“First time getting a pizza at Checkers and won't be the last. I'm so glad we found this place, all the positive reviews are very accurate. Ordered a large pizza to share and I ended up only having a small slice only because my kids inhaled the rest of the pizza. Good crust, good sauce and cheese and the other ingredients were also good quality. The entire pizza was tasty and one of the best pizzas we've had so far in the area. “The food was very good. I got a slice of cheese pizza and a monster energy drink and they were very yummy. The pizza was a pretty big slice but not too big and was burnt but like in a good way yk? Like perfectly crispy. And the monster was good too. Plus the pizza wasn’t too hot or too cold, very good!!! It wasn’t too expensive either. The thing is tho the food took a lowkey rlly long time to come out and there was weird white drippy cheese drizzled on the pizza that I didn’t ask for. I had to peel it off w a napkin. Our varsity team was playing nearby at St. George’s Arena, and she was incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive while taking our order. The food was delivered exactly at the time we requested, and every item was clearly labeled just as we asked, which was especially important because of food allergies on the team.
