“I finally stopped by Three Wishes Bakery in Johnston RI. Can I say I was so impressed and excited and happy. It was like a classic RI bakery with all the most beautiful pastry and donuts I have ever seen in a gluten free bakery. I wanted to buy it all. My husband and I shared two donuts at home, one was the creme brûlée and the other a Boston creme. Soooo good. We ate the cinnamon twists in the car on the way home. We were both making lots of yummy noises. I also tried their sandwich rolls which were delicious. Soft and flavorful unlike other gluten free rolls I have bought. The spinach pies were our lunch and they didn’t disappoint with the raspberry twists for our dessert. I will now be a regular at Three Wishes Bakery. Finally a bakery I can enjoy.”

If you haven't thought to ask for a "pup-cup" for your dog, I highly recommend grabbing one while you're grabbing some breakfast or lunch! They prepare the cutest pup-cups I've ever seen; my puppy literally loves it and he gets excited the second we pull into the wicked convenient drive-thru. “My wife and I visited this restaurant once again this past Saturday nite. My wife had the stuffed chicken special and was very tasty. I had the chicken cacciatore that was well prepared with mushrooms, red & yellow pepppers and onions. The restaurant seating and ambience leads to a nice evening. Our waitress did an excellent job. Will definitely visit Trattoria Romma in Johnston in the future.”

We kicked off with the Chicken Satay, those golden, grill-kissed strips of herb-marinated joy that dove happily into a luscious peanut sauce and a zippy cucumber dip. It’s the kind of starter that whispers, “Yes, you’re in the right place,” and then loudly announces it with flavor fireworks.

My wife bravely wrestled with the Tofu Hot Basil—a veggie-packed, spice-touched powerhouse of mushrooms, peppers, carrots, and basil that left her joyfully fanning her mouth and grinning through the heat. As for me, I had a passionate rendezvous with the crispy chicken Drunken Noodles, a stir-fried swirl of flat rice noodles, crunch, heat, and basil-soaked drama that felt more like a telenovela in a bowl than a dinner dish. “Went for brunch with friends and we had a large party and our waitress who was also the bartender was amazing. She was attentive and quick and exceptional at her job. She went above and beyond. From putting us at an amazing corner table to giving us the option for individual checks and being attentive to all our needs. I can’t say enough great things about her! It really makes the difference when you go out to eat with a large party and you have amazing waitstaff. We didn’t wait long for drinks or our food. The mimosa flights were not only delicious but the presentation was also so nice. Spicy bloody Mary’s were delicious with plenty of different vodka choices which was nice. Food was hot and delicious! We will definitely be returning.”

From the atmosphere to the friendly, attentive staff and the delicious cuisine, this place has it going on. The scallion pancake was phenomenal!! Everything was and tasted so fresh, even the fried foods, no taste of old or stale grease. Our whole meal was wonderful. The Scorpion Bowl for 2 was as tasty as it was STRONG!! January 14, 2024 we ordered a pizza that was undercooked with the toppings just falling off, burnt onion rings that melted the styrofoam container along with the container that had chicken tenders contaminating them. I tried to reach out that night via Facebook message but no one has even looked at it. Just tried sending a message through the contact button on the website. Let's see if I get a response from that”

Using the online ordering option worked so well and as I feeding eight people needed food to be on schedule. Golden City was overrun with business and when I arrived the place was packed and the phone was ringing nonstop! All this to say my food was ready on schedule full of flavor and piping hot!
