Everybody keeps talking about this rude woman that works at Dunkin' donuts 39a well I went there today, she is the most miserable son of a b****, we told her a lattes were ice cold. She said no it's warm we're like we want it hot she says we don't have a microwave to make it hot, you get what you got, I spent eight bucks there today trying to get two lattes that were nice and hot and shy I had to wait till I got home, so I can microwave it and it tasted like s*** it didn't even...read full review
3 times in the last 4 days, I've used the Dunkin on the go app to order from this store... 1st day just coffee, get there and had to wait almost 10 minutes for it. day 2 order coffee a sandwich and some donuts, get there orders not ready, as I'm sitting there waiting I hear the manager start yelling at his employees saying he'll replace the entire staff (real leadership skills in that one)... finally I just ask for my money back on the meal he only gives me money back on just...read full review
The staff is very nice except for this one lady in the morning who is very rude it doesn't listen to anybody in the drive-through always gets my order wrong and ask me if I'm all set before even finish Her being there is what made my rating lower I will not frequent this store when she is there
