She was very polite, listened attentively, and not only waited on me with a smile but got my order rite ! I hope she gets recognition because hard workers like her deserve it !“

“Went in to get my regular extra large hot with extra extra cream and sugar like i always do and those kids behind the register absolutely killed it with the customer service they were very kind and actually held a good conversation while making my coffee i wouldn’t say the same for the morning crew but if you come in after 4 expect great service and even better employees“

I've been coming here for years because the place is clean, the staff has always been polite, and they've never screwed up an order. But honestly...here's some life advice for customers who always seem to have bad experiences...everywhere they go. If you're always running into issues, maybe you're the problem? If you walk into an establishment with a chip on your shoulder, you can't expect everyone to make excuses for your bad attitude and victim complex. I'm middle aged, and I can honestly say that in the 45 years I've been on this planet I can count the number of unsavory customer service experiences I've had, on one hand.
